Thank You to the wonderful employee (sorry, sir, for not asking Your name) for giving us the most attentive check-in experience ever (it was tall, wonderful brown-eyed man) ❤️ We were so worried if at all we will get food and taxi to leave at 5:40 in the morning, but all the help was there and.. AND! DO NOT SKIP SUSHI RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR! I don't know why people call it "sushi restaurant", cause it does not do it justice.. I got mussels, aperol spritz, shrimps, prosecco, etc. It's an "all You can eat" type of restaurant, was very interesting to try. And most important, trip to airport was around 10 minutes. AWESOME!

The Flying Hotel exceeded our expectations!. Staff were absolutely superb, very helpful and lovely. I'd requested a GF breakfast and they were really accommodating around this - and it was fabulous. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location for the airport.

Walls were abit thin so we could hear noise outside the room, but other guests were considerate, so not too much of an issue when we stayed. Kettle in the room, with cups and teas/coffee would have been a real bonus!

A warm and friendly welcome at reception by a gentleman who went out of his way to provide assistance. The room was spotless and comfortable. There was a wonderful array of options for breakfast, severed with a smile. An ideal location, the airport is less than a 10 min taxi journey. We would stay again.

Nothing at all to do with the hotel, but we did feel the cost of the taxi excessive, considering the short journey.

I loved this hotel. The staff were so warm and welcoming and helped accommodate us as much as possible during a difficult trip - more so than I have ever experienced. The rooms were comfortable, clean, climate controlled and well-stocked with heavenly beds and pillows :) the breakfast was delicious. Every detail showed the love and care that everyone put into this establishment. Highly recommend, and look forward to coming back soon :)

Almost nothing!

The Flying Hotel was a genuine pleasure and is conveniently located just 1 mile from Turin Airport. My room was pristine perfect with a nice view, comfortable beds and was quiet at night long. Most important for me, was the courtesy of the staff and concierge who provided trust inspiring recommendations about everything from taxi services, to local places to visit, to outstanding local restaurants.

Outstanding family run hotel by the airport. A real gem. Extremely comfortable family room ( the 4 of us had plenty of room). Spotless. Lovely area to have a drink (very good value), and you can order pizza or sushi from next door. Nice breakfast with delicious coffee Really friendly owner who could not have been nicer. Did not expect so much for an airport hotel, but it exceeded expectations in every respect. Very strongly recommend this hotel. A real gem. Ideal for a stop off when arriving from, or departing from, Turin airport.

breakfast was good with quiet a lot of choices clean hotel and room. nice bathroom efficient staff.

the taxi ride from the airport to the hotel cost 20 euro's, although the 5 minutes ride. the way back from the hotel to airport to the car rental site was 25 euro.very expensive regarding the extremely short drive.

The staff are one of the best aspects of this place. So friendly and kind. They truly want you to enjoy your stay and will help you in any way possible. The hotel is also beautiful, the rooms are very fresh and up to date. There is a sushi restaurant next door and a supermarket down the road so ideal if you’re staying for a few days. This has been one of the best hotels we’ve been to. I would 100% recommend this one and we will be back!

The Staff were very helpful and friendly, we were made to feel very welcome.

I can not fault the property at all, it was lovely however a little out of the way to local train station. We had to get taxis to the station.

Despite the late hour of the night, a very nice welcome, practical advice and arrangements for transportation to the airport. The equipment is simple, but clean and functional. I got what I needed.

A very busy road in the neighborhood of the hotel. But this is not the fault of otherwise good accommodation
