Very helpful friendly staff who were very helpful in accommodating a work package delivery for me. Room was small but clean and perfect for an airport hotel. For business or a layover it is ideal. Hotel is in a quiet area so no nighttime disturbances.

Whilst VERY close to the airport the hotel is only accessible by Taxi/Uber. It can be hard to find a driver who wants to take the short fare. However when leaving the hotel, Reception were happy to organise a local taxi firm who arrived quickly. Do allow for ~€15 each way to TRN Airport.

We booked this hotel for a one night stop on our drive from Venice to Lyon. It was great as it was not far off the highway and they had an excellent restaurant! We booked the superior room which had a modern decor and nice bathroom. There was a 25€ half board meal option including wine and coffee but we chose to order à la carte. My husband’s flank steak was perfectly cooked and my slow cooked beef with crispy polenta absolutely melted in my mouth! The breakfast offerings were great as well. Even though near the highway and airport, it is a quiet rural setting. Highly recommend!

In the morning we could hear planes landing at the airport but they were not loud and not a problem.

The staff were friendly and professional. It was also great that the young lady in the reception area spoke English. She was very helpful, going beyond to get us a bottle opener for some wine that we purchased.

For Americans, a wash cloth in addition to the towels in the bathroom would have been good. For the price of the room, I expected better bath products (shampoo, soap, etc.) We also had dinner at the Restaurant and were a little disappointed in the food. We had just spent two weeks eating the most wonderful food in Italy and the restaurant didn't live up to the Italian cuisine that we enjoyed previously.

A well-appointed, modernised hotel located in a large 300-year old building about half a mile from Turin’s airport. My room was comfortable. Dinner was good if not outstanding, breakfast fairly average. The staff were all very pleasant. The hotel has a good recently-installed gym with good quality equipment (mainly TechnoGym), although as with many hotel gyms it feels underused.

When I visited in February 2024 the hotel lacked atmosphere. This was partly because it was very empty. However it also had no functioning bar - any drink before or after dinner had to be taken at a table in the restaurant. And because of the long thin nature of the main building you have to walk through a couple of characterless function rooms to get from reception to the restaurant. Finally, despite the hotel being so close to the airport there is no walking route and the only realistic way for me to get between the two was by taxi. Not surprisingly, taxi drivers were reluctant to accept such a short fare and charged a grossly inflated price for the length of journey.

Good location close to the airport - room was small but clean, modern and the beds were comfortable. The Lavazza coffee machine was a nice touch and the wi-fi was fast and easy to connect to. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable and there was a good choice on offer.

We arrived in the dark and even with using Google Maps we found it very difficult to locate the small entrance lane which is off of the main road - upgraded lighting and large direction signage is very much needed. In the evening we looked for a drink in the hotel and were directed to sit in the public restaurant as there was no hotel bar. While this did mean we could have a glass of wine it was very odd doing so at a large white-clothed dining table with waiter service, surrounded by other families eating their dinner. Not a big problem but I've never experienced this before. Installing some separate drink tables to create a small bar area in the restaurant would resolve this.

Breakfast for eu 10 was ok.

I would have been very happy if, as mentioned on their page there was a shuttle to and from the hotel. They don’t have one. And the taxi firm they recommended did not turn up. Hence extortion price of EU25 to get to hotel. Then another EU15 to get back to airport. Would have been cheaper to hire a car for the night. So anyone going there needs to add EU 40 to the price.

Very nice rooms - clean, comfortable with windows that can be open, and with airconditioner as needed. Towels are clean, soap and hair/body wash provided. Very pleasant indoor restaurant with the piano/pianist. The restaurant has a set menue for the jet hotel clients. Breakfast is self service with good choise (scrambled or boiled eggs), sausages, ham/cheese and biscuits, etc.

No shower caps in the bathroom.

Great friendly hotel and perfect for what we were looking for. Very helpful reception staff, lovely outside terrace for a quiet drink ( limited options but very nice). If you like coffee at breakfast, be sure to ask the waiter for a speciality coffee of your liking and not the Buffet filter coffee on offer😉

Single room was quite big and clean. The hotel itself is in good condition. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Quality noise insulation, especially for the hotel near to airport. Great breakfast!

Everything was good. On thing - not the best variant to walk to the hotel. There’s no good roads for pedestrians.

I stayed at this property to be close to Turin airport. It is perfect for that proximity. The staff were lovely and the food at the restaurant was excellent as was breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. A surprisingly nice experience at a hotel airport.
