We arrived to find that the pool and wellness weren't open on Fridays.( it was Friday) we had already paid online via booking.com and had picked the hotel for the pool. The staff very kindly let us swim for an hour. Bed was very comfortable. Room had bathtub and separate shower. Rooms were very big.

Breakfast was 0700 til 1000 and we were late; it was 09.50 when we arrived. Most of it had been cleared away by then. So beware if you are planning a lie in: 10am means gone by 10am.

This property is in the middle of an industrial zone , but don’t let that put you off. We stayed last night of holidays before flying out of Turin. The rooms we had were an excellent size and although some reviews might say the fittings are dated they are of excellent quality. The restaurant food was very good quality too and when you see some locals dining there on a Friday night it’s a good sign. Beds excellent. Finally for English speakers , they had sky so all the usual tv/film channels which was a nice bonus.

The pool was closed on a Friday , would have been nice to avail of that facility.

Spacious room. On site parking. Great and friendly staff, both at reception desk and restaurant. Flexible service. Very clean room. Elegant decor in room. Excellent homemade food at on site restaurant (dinner as well as breakfast), very good quality.

Unfortunately the pool was closed (Friday) on our day of arrival and opened next day only at 1pm - which was a real shame because it was the main reason to opt for this hotel. Location lacked character (industrial outskirts of a suburb village) yet was not unsafe.

Unexpectedly nice hotel in a mostly industrial neighborhood, very good for business stay and meetings. Large, clean and up-to-date room with big bathroom. Good breakfast. Generally a good stay and a recommendable pick.

Parking was almost full as we checked in during the night. I could not try all the services (pool, fitness, etc.), therefore in my case the room was a bit overpriced. A good hotel anyway.

Great large double beds connected family room , with bath with jacuzzi:). The restaurant was amazing. They prepared full breakfast at 4 am. The spa facilties were great and peaceful.

They don't allow children in the pool at all, not even for an hour it is designated for families.

We were surprised to see the amenities with a steam, sauna, hot jacuzzi and a 20 meters pool. Ther was also a fitness facility which had enough weights to get through a work out. Dinner was beyond expectation after eating mountain food for the past week.

The decor was superb with Italian marble throughout The history of the hotel and VIP England football team staid here in 2000 you can view signed shirts from player of many nations teams

The restaurant was really good. Typical Piedmont cuisine, excellent ingredients. Breakfast was good, but the standard italian breakfast (lot of desserts, cakes and not much savory).

Location is close to the airport, but for everything else it's in a small village with pretty much nothing.

we are an english couple and we were very happy that the staff mostly spoke english as this helped a lot, facilities were also lovely, we were also allowed to check in early which was lovely

it seemed as if the room hadn’t been hoovered, also woke up with massive bites- we could’ve been warned about this

I have stayed at Air Palace many times over the years as suitable for visiting a supplier located locally. Excellent hotel, very clean and rooms of a very good standard and at a great price. Short walk into Leini and local bars/restaurants.
