very nice location, very nice staff, rooms are big, food is excellent.

When you goto the location make sure that you stay on SS624, SP20 and SP67bis because Google maps sometimes send you on a very rough road designed for agricultural vehicles only.

The property and the area were beautiful! The staff were all very kind, hospitable and readily available in person during our trip and on WhatsApp before our trip. The breakfast and dinner were good. We enjoyed the hikes nearby and the opportunity for kids to milk the cows and gather chicken eggs. Good WiFi signal. The individual properties we stayed at (separate from the main building) were clean, spacious and decent. Sufficient linens and towels in our apartment. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Good heating. Good parking. Peaceful surroundings. Very welcoming feel.

The beds were just okay. A bit stiff and uncomfortable. Although as expected for an agriturismo. The sofa bed mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. The kitchen in our apartment had limited items. Just the basics. No kitchen towels or paper towels. Thankfully we did not plan to cook in the apartment. Despite these setbacks, we would still highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

the road to the masseria is winding, non paved. however usable and it takes about 10 minutes from the ss624. a clear description which route to take could have improved the experience to get to the masseria ( google maps steers you via sp2 which is a bad single lane road)

Wow, what a beautiful location!! Wish we could have spent more time here. Host is kind, attentive, and responsive. We had no issues checking in or out. Parking very convenient on site. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The jet tub was a welcome relief to my feet after walking around all week. We were exploring San Cipirello and this was the closest option - we do not regret the drive out here! It's well worth it to visit a little piece of paradise. Our host also reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable with the directions to the property. Everything was great.

A larger refrigerator would have been appreciated, otherwise we had no complaints at all!

At Masseria La Chiusa you feel as if you were in an Italian movie. The villa is surrounded by the beautiful mountains, in the background you can hear the cows. Eating in the huge common dining room was an amazing experience (the breakfast was very tasty, with freshly made coffee). Our stay felt like one long, never ending summer afternoon. It's an exceptional place for those looking for a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

Great and beautiful place, under a hill and with the views to the opposite side with hills and mountains. We were on autumn so the pool was closed but in the summer time it can be great idea:) Next to the parking lot were animals like cows and donkeys....so sweet. They provide their own wine and jars wirh marmelade which are superb. And supper was also great and full of local dishes and ingredients. The beds were great for us to sleep well.

However, we were out of season so the breakfast consisted only of coffee, water, some sweet breed and marmelade - really could be something more (we were couple days before in another agriturismo and there was last week of opening in this year, but breakfast was really full of ideas even for 8 people). The rooms were clean and comfortable but dark even in sunny day and in evening was not enough of light to read books or look on the map etc.

The house located in a beautiful place in peace. There is also a lovely pool, where you can relax. The apartments were huge, and very well equipped. The staff was very friendly, they helped a lot also with the instruction of the way to the hotel. They are also offering a daily dinner menu in the hotel.

The breakfast in an Italian style one mainly with sweets bakery products with home made pie. It could be more salty dishes and wider variety of juices.

Fantastic and beautiful location. Very clean comfortable and spacious room. Lovely swimming pool. Excellent food, we had breakfast lunch and dinner every day. Staff were amazing. I was suffering severe sciatica when I arrived and throughout our stay. Staff helped with luggage, brought meals to our room if when I was unable to sit in the restaurant and even went to the village pharmacy and purchased painkillers for me. Nothing was too much trouble. We will go back when I am fit enough to explore the valley properly.

Breakfast was great. The location was beautiful and very peaceful with breathtaking views. Surrounded by nature and animals The staff are super helpful and can communicate well in English. The place was clean overall.

bed quilt could be a bit thicker and more cosy You could only choose a set menu at the restaurant in the evening with limited options.

We enjoyed every minute! We even envited some friends to join us! Emanuelle is charming! His english is excellent! The place is like heaven! The village, 10 minutes by car, is great! Don't miss the sushi ! We had one of the best meals in there! Go and explore! Whatever you want, is just there... Mountains, sea, wine cellars, history, romantic villages, good food... And when you get back, you have a perfect place to enjoy and relax..
