We informed the hotel, prior to arrival, that we are celebrating our 31st. Anniversary, and upon check in, Cristina welcomed us with a big smile and assigned a very nice room to us. in the room, surprisingly, we found a bottle of Champine and a heartwarming letter with a gift from the hotel and bed setup. Next day in the breakfast, the waitress asked us our feedback about the letter and we realized that hotel staff shared their thoughts to come up with this beautiful letter :) , so you can imagine the friendly and family atmosphere we felt. - Rooms: very clean with fully equipped kitchen including cutlery and cooking pans. - Breakfast: Excellent. - Parking: Free parking with a lot of spaces. -Staff: Couldn't find better. - Location: close to everything. - Pool: Heated outdoor pool. - Internet: Excellent Wi-Fi.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay, literally, a last minute choice turned to be a wonderful week. Proximity to the beach (two beds and umbrella provided by the hotel), shops and numerous restaurants added to enjoyment. The hotel provides great breakfast (included) and 'light' lunch, we tried this option once for the kids and the portions were that big that they had to share them with us. We suggest that the management introduces the full board, it looks like it will be of high demand. There's a great outdoor pool with two sections for kids (non-swimmers), we had a hard choice between the seas and pool every day. One can also rent a bike, this is a great option. A special tribute should be paid to the personnel, from cleaning ladies to reception staff, you were great!

Excellent newer hotel with nice balcony overlooking pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Good, secure parking. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. All the staff were excellent. We arrived early in the season & not many shops open. We are from Australia and didn't know Jesolo closes up for half the year. But we still enjoyed our holiday.

Just a few minor items. Need tea & coffee in the room (there was a kettle & cups). No tissues provided. We couldn't get the TV to work but didn't worry us.

Amazing hotel with facilities that are far beyond its actual 3-star rating. Rooms are spacious and comfortable enough for its class. Breakfast is something really astonishing - I've never seen so rich and diverse, and above all tasty meal choices, even in five star hotels I stayed in - literally more than hundred different variations of meals, snacks & sweets. Accommodation offers a free parking area, both open and covered, reserved for hotel guests. There is also a pool with heated water, but we did not use it. The huge, flat sand beach is 2-3 minutes walk away.

Excellent for families, suite was brilliant and two rooms, kitchen, fridge/freezer, great balcony space, well laid out bathroom, very clean, breakfast was excellent, pool was fantastic and very clean, beach was very clean and easy to get sunloungers/parasol through the hotel, took less than 5 mins to get to the beach, perfect location for us, airport transfers were organised for us and were a competitive price, early for pick up and very clean, hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful for any question about the local area and also about visiting Venice

We found the mattresses to be hard which was a negative point

The fact that this is an apartment hotel makes it easy to cook when you want and don't cook when you don't want to. Location is perfect for the families. Staff is absolutely great, welcoming and always smiling and helpful. Pool is very nice and the life guard was also always paying attention (more than some parents!) when the small kids were playing. And the breakfast! Awesome!

We didn't like that the smoking is still permitted during breakfast and by the pool. One person can really annoy everyone else.

this is a great place to stay with a family and kids: * all the facilities are in good condition, clean, convenient * breakfast is excellent, except for absence any special offers for children. * rooms a very good (could be cleaned better) * bicycles were also very useful and always in a good condition. at the reception you can ask to clean it with a tissue if needed * swimming pool was cleaned, heated. * the personnel is better than elsewhere. really, I haven’t met such a good team: professional, friendly, responsive, especially Christiana (hope I wrote her name correctly). every question or query I had was immediately processed . I believe we will come again))) Grazie!!

* breakfast menu for a child * washing machines at the laundry rooms are real dinosaurs. they made the biggest trouble to our stay * some kitchen items were missing (salt, sugar, liquid and washcloth for plates)

The staff was super friendly, super helpful and very pleasant to communicate. The hotel is in a good location with multiple restaurants nearby. I liked the opportunity to grab a bike that hotel provides for free and cycle to the needed locations. Awesome!

Rooms are little dated. Breakfast could have little more options for plant based menu. Apart from that, everything was great.

Room was excellent - really good size - well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer- gas stove and microwave oven. Good sized balcony as well which was a bonus. Could only be improved by having own room control of air con - which is currnetly controlled by the hotel. Facilities were also excellent - pool good size and heated, great gym - but you do have to pay a little extra to use it. One street behind the main street were all the shops and restaurants - so a 2 min stroll. Also close to the cheaper supermarkets - 10 minute walk where you can save over 70% off what you will be charged on the main street. Reception staff were excellent and meet our individual requests. Will be back again!!!

Location is excellent - far away enough from the hustle and bustle of beachfront but close enough to walk. Free use of loungers and parasol at beach. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic - amazing selection. Clean room, very spacious. Free parking
