Little fridge in the room would be great

The staff was exceptional, the girls at reception went above and beyond for every request, super friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was great!! The locations was very good.

The mattress was not super comfortable but nothing to die for.

Great location, near the beach and near the main street, which in the evening is only for walking. Sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price, easy to access them. Very good breakfast, especially for Italy. Very friendly staff. Prosecco at breakfast :)

Noisy beds, high prices for the accomodation (but this is the price in the area). We booked 2 double rooms and 2 triple rooms and they had big differences (one of the double room had the bathroom smaller than the other, one of the triple room had a huge terrace and the other one not). For the triple rooms we received only 2 sunbeds (we expected 3), but in the end it was ok.

The hotel is near the beach. It is very beautiful. The staff was very friendly especially de receptionist who was a roamanian girl like us. The breakfast was good. The room was clean, with a view to the sea. The room was cleaned every day. Lido di Jesolo is a beautiful city . We will return here on summer. We recommend the hotel.

The staff is amazing.

Slow elevator In the morning, the elevator was used by the cleaning staff, making it completely inaccessible. The dining room has no air conditioning, so the temperature inside was around 30 degrees Celsius.

1. The location is perfect, 2 mins walk from the beach and the main street with all the night life. 2. The staff are all accommodating 3. I like the family room, its perfect when you have teenagers.

I just wish the bathroom is a little bit bigger, most specially the shower cubicle.... its too small for my teenagers. A bathtub will be perfect, but its fine if they just make a little bit of space in the shower room.

Everything was fantastic, amazing staff always smilling and willing. Realy very tasty, rich and varied breakfast. The hotel room has deckchair and parasol on the beach. The hotel is close to very nice beach approx 1 min. Since we needed to travel overnight with small child we did not breakfast. The staff prepared a huge package for us for trip. Thank you for the excellent service and we will definitely be back.

Really friendly staff, execptional breakfast, clean rooms. Location is 3 minutes max on foot to the beach which is excellent. Really recommend it. Main street is 30 metres from the place. Great restaurants close by and 10% discount from the restaruants who has the same owner.

There is no fridge / mini-bar in the rooms so there is no possibility to cool anything in there. Less than a week before our arrival the hotel called us on phone saying they had a system error 1 month ago and they just realized it and we do not have a room but they can move us to another hotel. We considered it as a downgrade checking the other hotel and insisted to stay. They solved it in 3 days and we could stay but it was quite nerve wrecking waiting for their slow response knowing everything else is booked for our trip (especially as I travelled with a 1 year old baby)

Room and bathroom was really small, you could barely move in the shower. But still fine:)

The hotel is very close to the sea and the shopping street. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is plentiful. The coffee is one of the best in town. It is advisable to ask for a room with a sea view and you can really see the sea. A limited number of parking spaces are also available in the hotel yard, which is also an advantage.
