We had one of the apartments at the top of the resort. Gorgeous view on the bay (front side of the accomodation) as well as on the surrounding moutains. Terrace very convenient for oustide diner with sunset view. Clean accomodation upon arrival with an appropriate amounts of towels, soap, shampoo. Pretty well equipped kitchen, with plenty of trash bags to sort different types of waste. Plenty of space and furnitures to unpack suitcases while keeping tidy rooms. Welcoming and customer oriented staff at reception. Very nice swimming pool with direct view from the pool and its terrace on the bay.

Trash service did not come as indicated inside the apartment (every day from 2 to 4pm) on the day we needed it (could have been the only day it failed during the week, but it happened the day it was due on our end). However, high level of reactivity when we contacted the reception as they sent someone very soon after our call to pick up the trash bags, so no big deal in the end.

The property has a wonderful and large garden,beautiful views, a free private parking inside, a nice and large pool, the property is also 600 m to a well organised beach with free parking. The terrace outside for breakfast was outstanding and they offered not only sweets in Sicilian style but also some ham, eggs and cheese.

Our room was nice with a private terrace and view to the mountain but not to the golf of Makari as we hoped, the furniture was a little bit old and the douche small but it doesn't matter so much. The breakfast offers not much vegan alternatives.

The hotel rooms are located in few buildings on a hill, full of trees and palms with amazing views of sea and mountains. There is a nice big swimming pool in the complex. Amazing beach just 10 mins by walk from your room. The room with a sea view has a balcony with an amazing view, where you can enjoy a spectacular sunset. Very helpful and nice staff, especially at the reception.

The room looks like it was not renovated for 20 years. Especially the bathroom was in poor condition. There was salty water coming from tap and shower! also there is no restaurant or bar in the complex neither a minibar in the room. It would be nice to be able to have at least a drink or a snack by the pool or in your room.

Place was clean and tidy (inside and outside). Beautiful surroundings with views on the sea and mountains. Great swimming pool. Very close to sandy beach - 600m and 10 min by car to San Vito lo Capo. Staff was friendly and engaged. I strongly recommend for vacations with family.

1. Mattress could be more comfortable 2. Without a car it wolud have been very hard to survive ;-)

The beaches on the side of the hotel are not nice and they are a bit dirty. San Vitto beach is nice but veeery touristy. The resort is nice but the location not worth it

The pool was really great, we used oft the cafee machine too, really appreciated:)

I would definitely recommend the reconstruction of living spaces, especially the bathroom. the kitchen equipment was also poor

Wow what a lovely hotel!! Beautiful old stone work, amazing pool, lovely staff. We went with a toddler and she loved it. They should totally do a kids club. I loved the pool, the fact that it was super near a lovely beach and the staff were lovely.

We opted for a hotel room as a family with a toddler in retrospect one of the apartments would have been better as whilst the restaurant food was fine there is only one restaurant and there could have been more on the menu however there are plenty of restaurants you could go to not too far away you just need a car and we were restricted by our daughter's sleep! Highly recommend lovely just if you have kids an apartment is the way to go I think

The pool, the flowers and trees, the view. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was not soundproof as claimed. I arrived in the heat of the day 35C but the gate wasn’t open. I had to wait 3 hours until 4pm to get access to the property since no one was at reception. Couldn’t the procedure have been sent by email to me the day before my arrival?

we absolutely loved our stay here. really good breakfast with a coffee machine, eggs, meats, cheeses, bread, croissants and much more! the restaurant was good also, simple pizzas and sharing boards. the view is amazing all around. It feels like a villa in the middle of no-where, it’s so private. the pool was beautiful, lots of kids though so your quiet suntan might be a bit interrupted, but that’s not a problem! :D the beach is across the road to the entrance of the property, it would be about a 10 minute walk, on the beach there are sun lounges and umbrellas. the location was perfect, it’s then a short 8 or so min drive into town where you’ll find some fantastic food and a real vibe. I would recommend this place, best accomm of our trip! Thank you!

Not so much dislike, but the actual inside of the rooms are small and basic. however, it has everything you need, and you won’t be spending much time in there because the balcony, pool, seating areas are where you will be!

Good location, nice property, good breakfast with freshly baked croissants.

no food apart from breakfast, only vending machines, no electric kettles, no restaurants within walking distance. Beds were not very comfortable, pillows were very thin.
