The place is in the heart of the historical center, it was comfortable for family of 4, the living ruoom/kitchen was very cozy and well equipped, with air conditioning and nice views of the city rooftops. Not far are shops and cafes. Also, if you want to explore the old town, it is right there.

The parking right next to the house can be difficult, but there is free parking some 100m further. Also the third floor has quite many narrow stairs, which could difficult if you have a lot of luggage. Also it should be pointed out that the bedroom does not have air conditioning (the living room/kitchen does), just fans, so in hot months it can be difficult in the night.

Excellent apartment right in the centre of town. Accessing the apartment was made very easy by the hosts with clear instructions on how to use the secure entrance. The place was lovely and welcoming with lots of charm and character but fitted out with modern necessities. There was an excellent air conditioning unit in the kitchen and a fan provided for the bedroom. On the third floor we didn't hear any noise from neighbours and the bedroom faces away from the street so it was quiet at night. The whole apartment was very clean and comfortable, we had a wonderful stay!

The shower was only handheld, which was a bit tricky to use.

Such an excellent location In the old part of beautiful Sansepolcro. Not even 5 minutes to the main square and the town museums. The extra room allowed our daughter who is a student in Sansepolcro to stay with us. The rooms were clean and there was a nice welcome gift for us. Check in was flexible and easy. The rooms are a good value for the money.

Not a problem for us (and hard to solve) but the three flights of fairly steep stairs need to be taken into account by prospective guests
