The host was gracious and kind and the room was wonderful. There were delicious, freshly baked cakes at breakfast everyday and freshly prepared coffee. He was very kind to chat with me at breakfast everyday as it was my first time in the area and I was by myself and he was very helpful in suggesting local attractions and sights to explore. The property is set back from the busy roads and very quiet and peaceful, but very easily accessible to town and the main highways.

Only that I was not able to stay much longer. It was a fantastic experience. :)

Donella and Paolo are amazing hosts. I live how quiet and lovely is the place. Is a little bit far away from near city , please before booking check buses if you do not have a car. Paolo offer me a bike and was amazing expirience to ride bike in tuscana. They have a lovely cat !

The countryside experience was so refreshing. The host was extremely friendly, made homemade cakes and baked goods for breakfast and was contactable at any time. She made a big effort with our 1-year old daughter and this was a delight to see her so happy. We got to share breakfast around other travellers and chat to them about their travels. A heartwarming stay and lovely charm to the B&B.

Fantastic B&B! We have driven around Italy several times now using probably 30+ different types of accommodations and this property is one of the best we have stayed at. The welcome from the owner Paolo, the rustic but modern house and the room were perfect for the price. Quality bathroom furniture including `rainforest` shower head and very comfortable bedding and a communal kitchen including a fridge available to use. Yes, its rural but for some this is ideal with free private parking outside. For us it was a convenient stop between cities but being on the border of the most beautiful part of Italy (Tuscany and Umbria) it is in the centre of many fabulous hill top town areas and other known tourist towns. Breakfast included we will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Nothing. Everything was superb

A family home in the countryside with a great welcome for guests. As we were walking and there was no restaurant open in the town we were very happy to be able to use the kitchen for our evening meal. Breakfast was good .

The property is set up with lots of love for detail and I felt instantly welcome and home. I had everything I needed in the bathroom (hair dryer, soap, clothes dryer etc), the kitchen and the bedroom. The host was very welcoming, very much recommended!

A beautiful house located in a quiet spot in nature but also 10 min drive to great restaurants. The lovely hosts accepted us with a last minute reservation. Such a cozy and homey stay in a rainy day.

The only thing I could say bad is that there is no kitchen to use for the guests.

Everything was good. The location for us was convinient, as we were heading in that direction. You have everything you need, it is quiet place located in country side. Reccomend it.
