The hotel really lived up to its four-star billing. A comfortable, understated room with actual amenities: toothbrush, glass glasses in the bathroom (who does THAT any more), a staff that could answer questions, a nice bed.

At breakfast, no one asked me whether I'd like coffee or a cooked meal (usual in Italian hotels). I don't know whether that's normal or whether I'd actually just donned Harry Potter's cloak of invisibility, but it was weird. The hotel is near the freeway and from the outside, it is not particularly handsome. Inside, it's pretty nice, though.

Excellent location to visit surrounding rights in Tuscany and Umbria. One hour far from Siena, 20 min from Arezzo, 40 min from Perugia. Old town of Sansepolcro in stone is just in 5 min walking distance. Clean, comfortable hotel, with extra nice staff (Daniela is excellent receptionist), various gluten free options for breakfast, free parking. We also got free upgrade for bigger room.

Strangely, there was no way to indicate "do not disturb" or "make my bed" in the door of the room. Looking at the other rooms, it seems a standard choice. It is a bit problematic if you have meetings or if you just you want to sleep late

The breakfast was good, very clean room, with a big comfy bed, and very good customer service

Although very clean, I did not like the bathroom, I would have preferred a shower cubicle rather than a bath tub. Showers in my opinion are more hygienic and accessible for older generations.

Free parking at site, fair size room, comfy bed, quite for a good rest. Good value for money

Nothing that really worths mentioning

The rooms were reasonable and the staff fine. The star was breakfast which was extensive including smoked salmon and avocado and 6 types of cake.

The hotel is on a busy road with muted traffic sounds. The room was a bit hot.

Location in a quiet area, very big courtyard, very good parking place, the interior is almost luxurious and… the rabbits.

Smart modern hotel with excellent room. Large bathroom. Very good air conditioning. Very good staff and excellent parking. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Location was excellent- really close to Sansepolcro. The beds were great and breakfast was good.

Everything was fine.
