Despite the host's family emergency, we were looked after well and communication was excellent. The room we were in was charming, overlooking rooftops and very quiet. The little refrigerator was supplied with various drinks and snacks. A kettle and water were provided with other nice touches. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

A common issue in Sansepolcro, wifi is a bit sketchy.

I love the location. I have stayed here three times. It would have been four but had to cancel because of the pandemic. They provide coffee and tea and yoghurt and water and some of those Italian sponge things with jam in them so you can start the dayin your room which is fine by me. Plenty places for morning coffee and light lunch near by and it is about 5 minutes from the bus station and less from places to park. The guy who runs it is very welcoming and you get a key and the rest is up to you. I would add photos but they are plenty on the site and the camera does not lie.

The room and bathroom were marvelous, and the price for it all was great! The staff were very nice and welcoming to me and I lived like a princess in this BnB. The location was at a great spot to all of the restaurants, museums, and stores. I will definitely come back to this place!

The room was exceptionally well-maintained, spotless, and spacious. Its central location was both convenient and surprisingly quiet. Comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, it offered everything needed for a great stay. Highly recommendable.

Beautiful and unique. An old place with lots of character. The room was large and had a balcony/deck. Plenty of space for me and the wife.

Well, the place is a little beyond the town on the way out and we had been walking all day, so it felt like we were leaving the town when we got there. However our host gave us a lift after we showered and cleaned up and the walk back after dinner was no issue at all. We really liked the town. I could imagine staying a couple of nights if I wanted to get away from everything. We were walking the Via de Frances so we were up early and out of there the next morning at 6:30 am. The location worked in our favor for getting a head start for Gubbio. Our host spoke perfect English and not only gave us a discount off the price because we left before breakfast but he also recommended the restaurant in town that was great. We would stay again if we were passing through.

Beautiful, large room. Clean and bright. Good facilities. No parking but there is plenty of car parks outside the ZTL

No lift and 2 flights of stairs but owner helped carry our suitcase so was no issue for us

Lovely house with a historical teist. Here you can feel like you are traveling back in time. There was beutiful objects and art. Beautiful decor that respects history of the house.

I stayed here before...delayed return because of the pandemic.. It is lovely. Beautifully located and the perfect place for viewing the sights of San Sepolcro. They do not do breakfast but your fridge has everything you need to start the day and you can make coffee or tea. It worked for me. And you come and go as you please.

Nothing. I find the stairs a little challenging but at 87 that is not surprising. I coped and so could you.

Lovely room with kettle, mini fridge and hairdryer (the AC was a godsend!). Had some issues with the shower on the first night but it was kindly fixed the next morning. Great location and lovely staff. Daily turn-down service and room cleaned every other day. Definitely would stay again if I'm ever in the area!

Maybe more consistent wifi but for what I needed it for (general internet surfing) it was fine.

Great location in the old town. We found the parking in front of the hotel (free 20 - 8) and there is a free parking just around the corner. In the room you have a coffe, tea, juices, jogurt, packed croisants and water. Clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bad and nice owner.
