The location was 5 min walk to train station, in the middle of the old part of town, close to fabulous restaurants. The included breakfast was a good meal with fruit, yogurt, cheese, meat, croissants, granola, cakes, a selection of interesting juices and amazing cappuccino. The staff was helpful and the accomodation was good and was traditional Italian. An elegant place to stay in the heart of Arezzo.

The entrance hall is in the midst of a.repaint. It will be lovely when that has been completed.

The location of the hotel was good except for the fact that it was on a busy traffic street and was very noisy until late at night. The people who work there were lovely and a reasonable breakfast was provided. We had no problem with the beds but the pillows should be replaced.

Old style rooms on the 4th floor (with elevator) of an ancient building located not far from the city center and from a large public outdoor public parking. Friendly staff.

Cold temperature in the room (due to a weather change and no quick adjustment of the inside temperature). Breakfast could be improved.

This place is amazing, the view is really something, everything is old and that make it even better I like everything about this place, the receptions was really welcoming, thank you for the best stay.

There was honestly nothing negative

The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast was continental, no hot food but all good. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Hall way entrance on ground floor interesting, hotel on fourth floor with a new lift. Position to the old town was excellent. Very close to many lovely restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

It's small and on the 4th floor (good elevator). Look, it's good value for the area, so it well met my expectations. Would happily stay there again. Decent Italian breakfast.

The location is really great, both very near to the train station and the town centre. Nice little balcony to take in the view over the roof-tops. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom area was spacious. We loved the fact that it wasn't modern in decor. It gave a true Italian feel. The staff were fantastic also. They were so welcoming and nothing was any trouble at all. The free bottle of wine was a very kind touch.

The only problem I found, was that the wine glasses were very dirty and I had to clean them before use. Also the table cloth on the balcony was very dirty.

Easy to find and ideally located, the staff is very kind. The room was immense with very good beds. Huge bathroom with very hot water and a lot of pressure. And very good breakfast. Just perfect!

Breakfast could be better, and we needed to ask for toilet paper, but immediately received that.
