The decoration was very thoughtfully done. In fact everything was well-planned. But there was no provision for those who like their coffee white and could have bought milk with them. The fridge was working and very cold. A welcome starter pack of food would be nice.

The big climb up the stairs. (I am elderly.) I arrived late and the stairs were very dark and I could not find any light switches

- Great location in the historic center, numerous restaurants and bars nearby - Parking available close by, but a bit expensive and crowded

- I wouldn’t describe it as a “junior suite”, it was a room with private bath and a shared common area - The room had a skylight which couldn’t be covered, it got very bright very early - Common seating and kitchen area was shared among at least 3 rooms - Very poor WiFi, didn’t work in the room at all and was extremely slow in the common area - Check-in was a bit chaotic, the actual address was not clearly communicated

Big apartment, very good location

The property owner located not in this place, you have to go to other address and pick up self a keys, it’s not convenient with a heavy bags, but it’s not faraway. I have a problem with payment, because owner office closed 7.30 pm, and if you arrive later that time , you have to pay with the link, and it’s was not working. So check in have a many problems and it’s was stressful.

The apartment is very nice, very clean and with a gorgeous view from the private terace. The staff is very polite and helpful. There is a paid private parking garage few minutes from the apartment. The location is great, all the attractions are minutes away and lots of restaurants near by. We warmly recommend it!

If the information about our room being on the 4th floor of a building that had no elevator was in the description I missed it… that is really VERY important information to have…. It needs to be in the notes so people know before they book!!

Great location,but a good walk from the train. Huge room with basic kitchen facilities which were ample for short stay. Very clean and comfortable. Met by staff who escorted me to the room. Great value accommodation.

A little bit noisy as in one of main streets- but first night was the once monthly antique fair held in town- lots of people around. Plenty of steps to keep you fit😊

This property was in the centre of the old town. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It was perfect for our short trip to Arezzo. Simone our host couldn't have been more helpful. We loved it

Great central location. Good air conditioning. Very clean. Wonderfully kind staff. Loved their gift of lavender potpourri.

Absolutely horrible wifi connection. Needed to step out into shared space to get flimsy connection. The apartment was two stories high.

Excellent location on Corso Italiana-dead centre of historic Arezzo.Clean,modern property noise cancelling windows and very good communication! My photos don’t do the property justice as the apartment is much brighter! Good modern kitchen in the foyer of the apartment with cooking facilities, oven, coffee machine, good fridge,heavy duty locks on main doors ( but I felt safe throughout my stay). Ten minute walk to station and mostly downhill then flat. Arezzo is a beautiful place with much history, cafes and restaurants The lady who met me at the property was very helpful! Highly recommend this accomodation:)

The original afresh as advertised is t wheee you stay - at first I wasn’t happy but the 3 minute walk to the Corso Italiana property was a better location . You are notified by message to meet at the correct property. No lift but not the properties fault-3 flights of stairs if you’ve got a heavy case or mobility issues.

Excellent customer service, helping us! Just keep in mind you need to message host to request 2 bedrooms if that’s what you prefer, other than that the location and accommodation was amazing
