We had a very positive experience from start to finish. The gentleman who met us explained the parking well and got us settled in. The place is SO comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is fantastic. We loved everything about it. My room had a small dining table and lots and lots of room. My friend's room didn't have a table. There is an enormous room that has a living room area and a dining area. Truly a wonderful experience. Would go again!

It's a bit of a pain to park outside the city walls, but that's life in a medieval city! We liked everything about it otherwise. Great location. Very comfortable. Very quiet.

Our stay was a really positive experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic — close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was how welcoming and helpful the host was. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and were able to check in around 1 p.m. without any issues, which we really appreciated. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell the hosts genuinely care about their guests' comfort. The space is beautifully renovated-super modern, yet with thoughtful touches that preserve its historical charm. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Breakfast was pretty basic, but we’ve noticed that’s quite common in Italy, where breakfasts tend to be light and sweet- totally fine with us.

What a fabulous stay. Great walkable location. Arezzo is lovely. Small family run B and B, three units, each appointed in a similar style but each with its own charm. Older building but thoughtful rehab with modern bathroom fixtures and comfortable beds. Super clean. Best of all was the very warm welcome not only for us but our gentle giant dog. Simple, continental style breakfast was delicious and high quality. Highly recommended!

It is an apartment in a very old building, transformed into bed and breakfast. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. In walking distance from the center and from parking places.

It is a very nice place if you enjoy an intimate accomodation where you can talk to the owners and with other guests in the morning and you hear from your room every sound and conversation of guests. The breakfast room has only two small tables and breakfast is italian type (sweets and coffeee) with ham and cheese on demand.

This isn't really a hotel. We expected a reception desk, etc. but instead, we had to call the host who drove over to meet us and let us in the building. It's more like apartment rooms with noone on site but once you are checked in, the stay is pleasant.

A beautiful historical building in the centre of Arezzo. A spacious room and a lovely breakfast. Yuri the host is extremely helpful. He pointed us to the parking, just 50 meters from the B&B. He recommended a great restaurant, which we went to and absolutely loved. Yuri also allowed us to store our bags at the property until we departed Arezzo in the afternoon.

This was perfect! We went to the Antique fair and wanted a sense of Italian traditions. And we got it! This is really a beautiful piece of restauration of the old, beautiful aera. And we got the best recomondations for where to visit, and where to eat. Thank you!

This is an amazing b & b , the host couldn’t have been more helpful, able to check in early. The room was magnificent, incredible frasco behind the bed. Made to feel so welcome. Very knowledgeable about the area. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re visiting the area. Thank you so much

Everything was perfect . The room and the breakfast .The lady that does the breakfast is very efficient and caters for all your needs . Breakfast was very good .I really enjoyed my stay and would like to return.

Daniela is amazing. Really lovely host who took great care of us and gave us amazing tips and stayed really attentive throughout the trip. The breakfast was lovely and the rooms and beautiful. Great location too.

The booking.com advert says this property has free parking. We arrived on the busiest day of the year and so couldn’t get free parking, if this is important to you double check before booking. That being said Daniela was very accommodating and helpful in that regard.
