We liked the hotel location. Staff were generally pleasant, aside from the breakfast person, who treated my wife and I very differently. We liked the room. While spartan it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was large and clean. Breakfasts were plentiful and filling.

It was difficult to communicate in English. Breakfast lady didn't speak English, nor want to learn, which made it difficult to ask for things from her. Front desk staff were pleasant, yet two of them didn't speak any English, or even try. We were forced to use sign language.

Location was good on the edge of the ZTL Close to restaurants . Room was bright and a good size. Breakfast was good. We had a view down to the street below. Beds were nicely firm and the shower was brilliant.

Parking is distant and expensive (not the hotels fault) We found a workaround using on street parking but it was a good half mile away. 1. Park up after 1800 hrs 2. Pay for parking at the machine for 2 hours to take you to 2000 hrs ( €2.20) put the ticket on the dashboard. 3. Overnight parking between 2000 hrs and 0800 hrs is free. 4. At 0800 hrs pay for 2hs parking using the app on your phone ( €2.20). This takes you to 1000 hrs and means you don't physically have to put a ticket on the car. 5. Do not try to use the App for the initial step It will not allow you to extend the stay in the morning! 6. Using this you can reduce overnight parking between 1800 hrs and 1000 hrs for €4.40 but you will have to walk!

Fabulous location in pedestrian zone very near railway station and many restaurants and beautiful piazzas. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was large and airy, with individual controlled air conditioning/heating, large comfortable bed and reasonable sized bathroom with large shower.

Hotel website and booking.com both make it look like breakfast is included in the room price but it was not, so we had to pay an extra €6 per person per night.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast

Impossible shaped bathroom. The toilet seat touched the shower wall, and you had to climb over the bidet to get to the toilet which was positioned in the corner of the room. It was very. Dangerous climbing over of the day just to get to the toilet. The room, layout and design was a disaster.

Hotel l'Arentino is an excellent small hotel, perfect for a short stay in Arezzo. It is located on a quiet street yet within walking distance of all the main attractions. The restaurant across the street, Il Cantuccio, is very good too. The room was large, modern and airconditioned. Breakfast was good value and the staff on reception were pleasant. I can recommend Hotel Arentino, I had no complaints at all.

It's a short walk from the train station and from there 10 minutes to the old city center and restaurant area. It's a medium small place, but fairly new and well run,. Staff was very helpful. It was a very quiet location, and we got a good night sleep.

Breakfast was pretty minimal, but the price was excellent. Not much of a lobby to hang out in. No staff after 8 pm.

Toilet and pillows smells bed..even if the bed sheets was perfect washed and ironed, pillows have to be also washed sometimes Room doors very very loud by closing, wake up 7:00 that neighbour left..8:00 again they cleaned the street with a machine,and after any construction work started...so if you want to sleep long and deep, this is not the place

The hotel location is perfect to explore the Antique Market and stores. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Due to the excellent location, we could hear music and people out enjoying the bars/restaurants so the noise woke us up. However, that’s expected when staying in a popular location and we will stay there again.

It was a simple well-located hotel. Easy check-in and keys supplied for access at all times. The room was small but perfectly comfortable with a spacious en-suite shower room.

There is no bar and no refreshments of any kind in the room but plenty of bars restaurants and shops nearby.

clean and quiet rooms. flexible check in time. very nice elevator. excellent recommendations for dinner & Gelato.

shower portion only came out part way, so bathroom floor got wet. not sure if we had a/c or just a fan, as there were no temperature settings, just minimum to maximum.
