Wonderfully located, five minutes from train station and at the foot of the beautiful old town center. Communication was good and we received access codes. The room and the bathroom are huge. We had a wonderful view of the town center and the hills around Arezzo. There is also a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of of the area. There is a playable grand piano in the shared lobby reception area. Also tables, fridge, (free) coffee and tea. We ordered a continental breakfast (9€) and were served toast, ham, cheese, croissants and had an ample selection of fruit, juices, marmelade etc to choose from. Check out was at 10.30, but we were able to leave our bags for a few hours until our train left.

The elevator is very small and of us took the elevator with the luggage while the other walked up/down 4 floors

The view from the roof terrace was spectacular. The accommodation was spacious, clean and excellent value for money. There was the option to pay for breakfast which we did and it was delicious. I would not hesitate to stay again when returning to Arezzo. The staff were very kind and pleasant.

I found the lift a bit terrifying. Additionally, there was a coffee machine offering free coffee but it was not working.

Perfectly situated in the town centre and only 250 metres from the railway station. You cannot get lost finding it. On the 4th floor of this shared building there is a lift to the 3rd floor and a short flight of stairs to the 4th. Very good value for money. As a solo traveller I still got a double, spacious room.

Very good location, minutes walk from the station and very near the best historic centre. Well organized with self checkin, host always available on messaging app for any request. Room was large and clean, bathroom and toiletries. Comfortable bed. Recommended and I would stay again.

Spacious room, well equipped for our needs with a good sized bathroom air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Close to the railway station. We arrived later and left early the next day so didn’t see anyone. Let ourselves in with a PIN code and all worked ok.

Nothing, it was fairly simple accommodation but for a brief transit stay was fine.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and had high ceilings, which made it feel even more comfortable.

What a lovely apartment! And fully equipped for a very comfortable stay. It had everything - even toaster and kettle (which I have noticed is not supplied in other vacation apartments...not the ones I've been at anyway). Great location. [NOTE: the apartment is on the 1st floor and while there is a lift in the building, the lift does not service the 1st floor. So you have to walk up 2 short flights of stairs. Not suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs or are in wheelchair.]

The only thing that I didn't like was the way the pump installed in the bathroom (to fix drainage issues, I suspect) worked. It is extremely loud and the first time it came on, I got a fright. Then you get used to it but if it was possible to upgrade the pump to a quiet one (or find some other way to fix the drainage), that would be great. However, this would not deter me from staying here again. It really is a great apartment in a great location.

The B&B is very central and self check-in was simple. The common area is very cute with a view and free tea and coffee available, there is also a fridge with drinks that can be bought. The bed is made up of two singles but for 1 night it was fine.

Excellent location. Very comfortable, spacious room. The communal area for guests was very useful. Having a rooftop terrace was fabulous. Views were wonderful. Friendly staff.

The lift was very small. We would have had trouble using it, if we had larger luggage. The name B&B 52 Centro implies a bed and breakfast. You could have breakfast, but you had to pay extra for it.

The location is great and they also offer tea and coffee making facilities outside ones room. We also made use of the terrace found on the top floor.

The lift is very small and since we were a group of 3 we need to organize our selves to get up and down. However this is not the properties fault and on the whole we had a very enjoyable stay. The room can be a little noisy however the location is central so this is to be expected.
