Hosts were extremely friendly and gave a lot of really good information about the area. I was able to store my bags both before and after my stay, and they assisted me in contacting the local taxi service since I don't speak much Italian. Room was clean and comfy (although there was an outlet that didn't work, and the toilet seat was loose, so the room needed some maintenance, but nothing that would prevent me from returning). The property was in a good location.

Communication could be improved. I did not receive a response to my email inquiry before I arrived, and when I did arrive, I wasn't sure how to get into the building, since there were not directions. Additionally, I have some mobility issues, and it would have been nice to get instructions on how to access the escalators up to the historic district from the parking area, which would have saved me lugging bags uphill. Those with mobility issues will find this property (and indeed, most of Arezzo) extremely challenging. Lots of steep hills. I enjoyed the Christmas village that the town transforms into, but I wish I had come during the week as the huge crowds were challenging. But it is a beautiful town, and I enjoyed my stay very much.

This is a beautiful airbnb with a lot of history. It is clean and comfortable. Patrizio was so kind and helpful. I even forgot my wallet in the room on our way out. The cleaning staff found it and handed it in; and he brought it to the train station!!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

One of the AC units where my children were staying wasn't staying on consistently like the other one. But overall it wouldn't deter me from coming back

Location is in an old bulling in the the city center, within walkable distance from restaurants and historic settings. They preserved the historic findings, it's nice furnished. They provide free coffee in the morning which is nice. Host is nice as well, they are trying to meet your needs and make your stay as comfortable.

The AC was not working - I understood there was a problem they were trying to fix. It's a bit difficult to reach the location if you have a big luggage like we had. There are mobile stairs to take you there, but on the day we went, some of them were not working.

The place and location!

I didn’t like the fact that I could not use the ar conditioner, when I booked the hotel I checked that they had the equipment. In the first night I thought it was broken, the day after I told the problem for the owner and she told me that they only allow the ar conditioner on July. I think it was an huge mistake, is was a hot night and not only that, but to make thing worst, there were mosquitos and pigeons making noise at the window the hole night =/. Another thing that happened and wasn’t nice is that I booked with breakfast, but it was served in a distant caffe, a nice place, but it was not convenient… Also, they did not explain exactly what you could order, so basically it was a juice, a croissant and a coffee, when I booked I imagined that I would have opptions🙁

It's a very unique and beautiful building, charming room, comfortable bed. The man who checked me in was super nice and helpful, communication was easy throughout the whole booking. I got to drop my bag off early which I really appreciated. Tried some of their restaurant recommendations which were great too. Would, absolutely (and hopefully) stay again.

Clean and comfortable room in guest house in quiet street near the cathedral, and close to shops/bars/etc. Good wifi. Friendly and helpful owner.

I had an inside room with a small window giving on to an inside courtyard, so not much light - but then it was November, when there's not much light anyway. No complaints about the accommodation.

Great bed. Really nice coffee area for coffee and self-catered breakfast. A 300 B.C. Etruscan wall, topped by a medieval wall, formed the backdrop to the coffee area. Awesome. Excellent decor throughout.

I loved the time that Patrizo talked to me about the history of Arezzo. Barbara was so kind and caring and Lila kept my room so clean every day. There was so much kindness in this place. The location is amazing so close to the Grand Piazza, Via Cavour and Corso Italia. So many wonderful places to eat.

Great communication from booking. Able to check in early, always so appreciated. Gorgeous building, room was small but perfect for solo traveler. Immaculately clean comfy bed lovely cotton sheets, all the little details.

I loved the location and the room. The staff were very accomodating, especially the very nice lady named Barbara.

No dislikes. I am not used to sweet cakes for breakfast but this is the custom. So, again no dislikes.
