We liked this hotel very much. It was one of the best stay during our travel in Italy. Convenient room. There is no luxury but a lot of peace and comfort. Very caring attitude of the personnel. We had a room with a balcony on the second floor. There was very good AC. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was served with good coffee, fresh fruit and fresh pastry every morning. The location couldn't be better. Short walk from the railway station. We will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, especially for those traveling by train. Compared to the entrance hall, it seems that rooms have been thoroughly renovated and mine was quite comfortable for a short stay. The cleaning service was great and on time every day. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and the value for money was great.

I stayed on the third floor, so wi-fi was not always stable. The breakfast room seems quite dark and run down, but they make up for this by having very accommodating staff and great Italian coffee.

Excellent value. The hotel is run by the original family. It is on the edge of the historic center near the station. However, it is not the elegant historic building some would be seeking, but is a 1960s decor hotel that has been very well maintained. The owners and staff were accommodating for my bike. The owners are also cyclists and can advise on routing.

Art in rooms fitting the character of the hotel would be a nice addition.

Great positioning the town so easy to access all the sights. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff are nice and helpful. Price was good. The room matched the photos.

It’s a bit noisy mainly in the morning, not too bad as it is mainly doors closing and banging - bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Perfect location in the middle of the town near the train station. Rooms are renovated and everything was clean with all amenities. Staff was friendly and nice. Overall really great value for money considering prices in Tuscany.

Sound isolation is bad. Wi fi didn't work at all on the third floor, it's probably my biggest issue with this hotel. Breakfast was nice but only sweets like croissants and stuff, could use more variety. Please improve on at least wi fi and breakfast options and you'll get better ratings!

The hotel was very good for a short stay in Arezzo: convenient location (town and railway station); clean with good sized bathroom and shower; good breakfast; helpful and friendly staff.

The lift could be a bit larger, however small lifts appear to be the norm in Italian apartment blocks and older buildings.

The breakfast was decent. It was right between the funiculare and the center of town, making it great for coming in with luggage.

I wish they would have warned me that there was a live singer playing very loudly out my window until 12:30am on Saturday night.

convenient location,close to train station, and not far from the old city. plenty of restaurants and shops around. I even bought a mobile SIM card in a nearby TIM shops. Staff is very polite and friendly. Breakfast is good as a choice.

Cecco Hotel is very central, quite, and super clean. Very good value for money. Staff are very nice and always available. Left behind a valuable t-shirt in the room. Staff retrieved it and offered to deliver the parcel to my address.
