This B&B is aboslutely wonderul. Everything was perfect and the host so generous, even a cooled water fountain in the communal room, pod coffee machine and so much more. Maurizio our host was equally wonderful,, a mine of excellent knowledge of, and a passion for beautiful Arezzo. He was also very kind and generous to us with his time and his communication with us was excellent, especially on arrival, departure etc. This fabulous B&B is in the heart of the historic centre of Arezzo and a 1 minute walk to the beautiful Piazza Grande where we had a gorgeous breakfast each morning overlooking the piazza. Absolutely nothing, (except having to leave!!!!)

Very comfortable and very clean b&b. Ideally located in the middle of centro storico but surprisingly quiet. Also not far from the railway station,we walked both ways. Our lovely spacious bedroom was very well equipped ( in the bedroom :fridge, kettle,good choice of herb teas etc ) and in the ( quirky) common room a coffee maker and cool water dispenser+ lots of useful maps and tourist info leaflets. What we also really loved was the place round the corner where we were sent for breakfast with a token to exchange. This café / pasticeria ( "Borgo S. Piero" ) is sooo nice and authentic ,with a great choice of pastries/ cakes and the owners ever so kind and friendly.

The owner of the b&b is quite welcoming albeit maybe overzealous? The Piazza Grande is truly a beautiful square even more for lovers of the film La Vita é Bella like us. Shame about some of the restaurants / cafés around it ...

Very helpful host. Maurizio picked us up at a parking outside the limited access zone, late in the evening on top. He was very helpful, phoning a restaurant to see whether they were still hoping, giving us tips for other restaurants, for things to visit etc. The B&B had a nice common area with coffee machine. There was also tea etc in the room. A nice building, very well situated in the centre of town. The town is really lovely. I am looking forward to coming back!

Nothing really. There is no breakfast at the property (you get a voucher for a bar nearby) but this is a legal matter, not something the host can do anything about.

Maurizio, the owner, came to pick us up at the parking where we have left our car. He explained to us a lot about the city, the history, what to visit and where to go to eat. The apartment is 2 min walking (maybe even less) to the main square. Super clean, with plenty of towels and pleanty of different kind of teas and coffees.

I liked really EVERYTHING!!!!!wonderful place to stay in Arezzo, super taste in any small detail, very comfortable beds, good quality facilities. And - of course - Maurizio was the best possible owner, who wants and knows to help!!!!!

No lift, but slowly slowly it was ok :)

The decor was lovely, especially the ceiling of our room. The bathroom and shower were excellent. It was a very central location giving easy access to the numerous things to explore in Arezzo, not least the spectacular frescos by Pierra della Francesco . Arezzo is a charming and picturesque place to visit.

For people with mobility issues it is on the second floor with no lift.

The location is excellent, near the big square in the old town. And also 700 meters from the train and car rental companies. Maurizio is very kind and hospitable, recommended us restaurants and places to visit. The room is heated, very clean, spacious. Highly recommended

The mobile air conditioning was very loud, in order to obtain the keys it has to be established an hour to be phisically handed. In the bathroom smelled of mold.

Nice clean room in the city center. Mauricio is a great host, very helpful and informative, with his help everything was very easy and smooth. Italian breakfast in the bar on the central square was delicious. Highly recommend this B&B.

Everything... especially the incredible warmth and hospitality of our host Maurizio. Not only were we kindly picked up by at the train station, but we were given a wealth of historical and cultural information about Arezzo , places to visit and tips on where to dine. Beautiful clean room and fantastic location. Highly recommended!
