The staff were great and the facilities were of a great standard. Also the food was amazing and reasonably priced. The room we were given had a mezzanine floor which made it feel more like an apartment than just a room. There is an honesty bar, where you can add drinks to the room.

The shower didn't have a way to stop water going all over the floor so with the tiles did become slippy after a family of 4 had used it. There was no information on the Booking.com page to explain that to use the pool, you had to wear swimming hats. This is a standard in Italy but unknown to us as an English family, you can buy them from the hotel at €3 each though. There is no fridge in the room.

This place was absolutely incredible. The rooms were huge and airy and finished to a great standard. The location is literally 5 minutes drive from the Centro by taxi and 20 mins walk. Micheal the owner, did the kindest gesture whilst we were there. We will definitely be back. If you want a refreshing hotel in Arezzo with incredible amenities this is the place. You won’t regret it!

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect

The room was big and beautiful. It had two floors - the first floor had a queen bed and the second floor had 2 twin beds. Breakfast had a great selection of pastries and sandwiches.

I actually love everything - where the hotel was located, the beautiful landscape. It was excellent

when we first checked in we were put in a room that was not what we had booked (we had booked a room with 2 bedrooms). When we went back to inquire they quickly moved us.

no ice available without asking and it was a small glass given when we asked. Also seemed to be an inconvenience for the staff to get it for us

I liked people of the hotel, receptionist, waiters, very polite and professional. They advised me some hours before my arrival asking me if needed a reservation for dinner: this was a very good idea. Rooms were clean, new and perfect. Food was exceptional, very high quality. Location and all area around was green and quiet, really nice.

The room was large, cozy, warm and we loved everything about it. Had a problem with final payment, but the excellent customer service resolved it quickly and even gave us a neat discount.

We felt that the breakfast is not worth 10e - the salty selection was very limited and the sweet cakes were quite bland. The coffee was excelent, though. All in all, I would still recommend the stay at ASC

The studio was really nice and comfortable.Τhe bathroom was perfect.Also the restaurant was really nice .It was good choice for one night .

There was not any basket for garbage in the whole studio .The lady in reception was really uncomfortable.She never send me the details and the codes for check in .After many phones a young man really helped us and thank him a lot !!!!!!

Really nice sporty place, with great views. Perfect to relax for some days. The pool is pretty big and comfortable for a good swim. Rooms are great. I was in one of their apartments and it was pretty big! I could even work from there the days I was in Arezzo.

It might be a bit far from the train station in Arezzo. However, if this is not a problem for you, it's highly recommended.

Lovely large room with plenty of space. Extremely helpful staff. Great location and exceptionally good value for money. Easy access into the town by car..

Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room. However, plenty of tea and coffee were available in the reception area

Big rooms with air conditioning, absolutely nice and helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet.

Beware that on Thursday night there are loud pool parties till midnight, so depending if you have to sleep early on Thursday, you might avoid the place
