Helpful manager; great location - quiet residential area an easy walk to old city and opposite what was the best cafe we encountered in Europe in terms of food, pastries and coffee - and the best price for those items too. Flat was spacious with secure on site parking a big plus.

Shower screen failed to prevent water splashing on to floor. As mentioned by others, the blinds on the doors/windows are flimsy are constantly breaking. Manager helpfully got them repaired but the frame on one buckled the next day and the broken beaded cords were simply rejoined by tying a knot which then reduces the extent the blinds can be closed or opened. The other big negative was a lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom leaving smells and steam lingering. If properly renovated the apartments would be truly 5 star and command a higher price

The apartment is excellent. Clean, big enough to hold 4 people. Kitcken, cutlery, microwave. The air conditioning works pretty well. Nice detail with fruits and water in the fridge. The host is very kind. Amazing coffee shop just in front of the house and a special price for those staying at Peloni Residence.Free parking at the property.

The only thing needs an improvement is the sofa in the living room. It's a little bit uncomfortable for adults, for kids I think it's ok.

This place was great! A bit outside the town center (approx. 15min walk via shortcut), but with the benefit of having a great, spacious and gated parking area for those who need it. In addition, a 10% discount at the nearby cafe/bar (Menchetti) is highly recommended for an aperitivo/pizza taglio/breakfast if you want to remain in the (very quiet) neighborhood. Quick and easy access to and from the Autostrada as well, though far enough that you can't see or hear it. Clean and spacious rooms with couches and small kitchens included. Great landscaping and a nice garden surrounds the stylish white building. Your own mini-apartment. Definitely recommended and a good value!

A meticulously restored historical building now stands as a pristine, contemporary hotel. The owner's warm and professional demeanor left a lasting impression. Our stay was delightful, and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—especially for those exploring the Serravalle designer mall. The tranquil ambiance, coupled with its convenient location for shopping, made it an ideal choice. The attentive host added to the charm. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and inviting. The morning greeted us with an artfully arranged, diverse breakfast spread. And as the sun set, the hotel provided a romantic backdrop for dinner—a perfect pairing with a fine bottle of wine. Highly recommended!!!

This property is spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. Big, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Just a leisurely 15-minute walk from the centre of Arezzo, it is located in a quiet residential area. Supermarket a few metres away. The owner was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Very good value for money.

Ideal spot for a short stay. Secure parking was ideal. Short walk into the beautiful old town. Shower was great and bed was comfortable.

Everything was spot-on, really comfortable. Staff made sure we had plenty of the necessities, even came to change our towels and made our bed. The apartment was spacious and we are glad we came here for our stay in Arezzo!

20-25 mins walk from train station and all the action, I would recommend this place if you were to come by car. Also, walls were really thin and we could hear everything from our upstairs neighbours and outside.

I liked the location

I was greeted with the following sentence: how do you travel to Italy without knowing Italian or English? This only denotes a lack of preparation to serve tourists who speak other languages. uncomfortable lack of welcome

Very clean, ample space and facilities. Closed parking area, friendly staff. Not to far from the town centre that is accessible on foot. Breakfast is not offered, but a very good place is just in front.
