Nice pool area, the rooms were nice and comfy beds and the view from the balcony was really beautiful. We did not try any of the spa treatments. The staff was also super friendly and helpful with everything.

Breakfast could have been a little better, but it was ok, same with the hotel restaurant. The food was good but not great, you can get cheaper and better food experience in Arezzo city center.

The room was beautiful and high quality bedding and towels, we loved it. The indoor spa was also beautiful. Breakfast was great.

We were not aware outdoor facilities were not open, the indoor spa is an extra cost however we felt it should be cheaper consider half the facilities are currently closed. The gym only had two functional machines, it was quite limited in terms of weights/machines.

nice hotel located in country side not too far from downtown Arezzo. the hotel, the rooms and the staff were very good, kind people, modern and very clean rooms, good breakfast with wide choice of food and super good "crostata"! I didn't have the time to enjoy SPA, price is well balanced with the offer.

very strict check in and check out time, please be aware of this before you make the booking. it is very good to guarantee the people nice and quiet who staying in for vacation. but kinda inconvenient for tourism to check in on time. I nearly missed the check in time.

The hotel is really comfortable and they have a great system of pay for what you use. This means that if you are only there to spend the night, you will get a great value for your room. If you want to use further facilities, you can pay extra for them. The restaurant is also great, offering great options for dinner.

The only negative aspect of the place is the location. It is situated on the outskirts of Arezzo, but there are no pedestrian ways to get to the city. So, it is necessary to have a car (free parking not available even if it's in the listing) or walk on a strada stadale to get to the city.

The whole complex is awesome to just chill and relax, many pools and jaccuzis, a small sauna, tennis court. The interior design is clean and modern. Though that also created some minor problems because tv remote (in one of our rooms) needed to be pointed at the exact height and direction to function since tv was encased in a design box. Wifi needs some serious improvement, couldn't really use it anywhere on the premises. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant (incl breakfast) was superb. Everything else (sauna, jaccuzi, etc) besides the pools outside needs to be booked in advance and for additional cost.

All was great but: for so much money that it is necessary to pay for all other services a huge amount of money (pool) outdoor jacuzzi ect...Almost every service there is very expensive...In the room coffee on capsules if you want to drink you must to pay 1.5 € xD if you want it xD

Spacious clean rooms, helpful staff and excellent dinner at restaurant - 4+ stars for this. The Hotel is very stylish and well worth a stay if rest and relaxation is required.

Charge to park car at E14 a day. Hotel info says that the car can be parked on street outside but when we came to do this, we were told this was not allowed and that the car had to be brought into the hotel parking area (which is gated and secure). If this is the case the car park charge should be included in the price of the room because the location of the hotel meant that it would be difficult to arrive in any other way but by car.
