Cleanliness of the room was very good. A small fridge in the room, and a conventional one in the common area exists. They take good care of the facility. Comfortable bed. New and more than sufficient A/C. Kind and attentive owners and staff. You can enjoy the garden in the balcony. Breakfast can be improved, but the performance/price is already well above the region prices. Golfo Aranci is somewhat an exclusive region and hotel prices are very high overall. If you think in this perspective, what more could you ask for? Coming to Golfo Aranci, the sea is clean and not overcrowded. You can watch beautiful view of the Tavolara as well.

Great and affordable option for accommodation in Golfo Aranci. Went in early August and it’s peak season, so everything is pretty much booked. If you happen to stumble across this charming family owned B&B, I highly recommend it! The room and the house felt very homey in a cozy and quiet neighbourhood about 10-15 mins walk from the city centre. We stayed in room A and loved that we got our own entrance way with a spot to park right next to the gate. You get a veranda as a common area to hang out and where you can bring breakfast if you want to eat it there, the house is surrounded by gorgeous vegetation and plants such as figs and olive trees. The room was a double room, although small, we had our own bathroom inside with a shower toilet, bidet and sink. There is a big wardrobe inside to store your belongings and a decent sized bed. The host was lovely and helpful, although the language barrier prevented us from communicating fluently, we had no issue. We liked that we met so many nice people during our stay and it’s common to say hello to strangers during breakfast or good evening when you come back home at night. I believe the owners and their family live in the same house, but in their own section so do be mindful and demure during your stay ;) Comes with a friendly orange family cat that loves butt scratches and the house is located right next to tall grass forest and at night, you’ll spot wild animals such as boars and foxes coming into the road searching for food. Just stay calm and don’t make loud noises and you’ll be fine. We could see them from the porch or on the stairs as we both were minding our own businesses.

I was expecting more variety for breakfast such a savoury options or maybe fruits? Now, we only got marmalade filled cornetti, biscuits, prepacked croissants, crackers etc. Although the coffee was made fresh upon order and tasted great, the breakfast food could have offered a better mix for people who do not want to consume so much sugar as their first meal. Also there weren’t frequent cleaning in the room as they only clean on the fourth day of your stay. Majority of people would only stay for a night or two so you don’t really get to have that clean ”reset” feeling if you stay for longer, but not long enough to qualify for room service cleaning.

Nice clean property. With bike or car the location is also good but with walk was a bit much distance from the center.

You hear everything from the corridor or maybe from another rooms also and the doors are bit load. In my bathroom was a shutter what I couldn’t setup or close and behind that was a laundry room from the owner. The owner was a bit funny cause’ they have an own bike rent option / company also and when I asked to rent a bike for 1-2 days he said me he doesn’t have a pump for the flat tires… But anyway it at all was fine and cool. The owner was really kind, and even picked me up on my way from the station. Travelling with a medium/large dog it's not always easy to find good accomodation, but the attention my dog was given here was priceless! It's not in the centre, which in high season can be a bless being far from the crowds, however it's at walking distance both from the centre and from the beach.

Comfy cute spot away from the main road. Lots of indoor and outdoor communal areas to chill. Very good value for money and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this spot
