The location was excellent - you could walk to all the Golfo 1,2,3,4,5 beaches from where you could swim, snorkel a bit, hire loungers, eat/drink at bars/cafes. The beaches don’t have toilets/fresh water from what we could see. You can also walk to Golfo centre with wider shopping, street market at night. Opposite the apartment is a bakery, gelataria, deli which are very popular and good. 2 restaurants very close by. The lady at check-in was very good(sorry, should have got her name) and also gave us parasol and inflatable. There is also a laundry area. The apt was a good size for 4 adults and clean. The main bedroom has a/c which was a god-send at 35-39 deg C. Nice ambience outside-other seating areas and some green.

Minor gripe - missed the kettle for my tea, used a pan instead. Not the same. There was a very small table fan, would have liked the other rooms to have ceiling fans for better air flow. Didn’t want to open the doors too much since opposite a reasonably busy town road and dusty. Also, hardly any breeze anyway.

The staff was very friendly. The location is amazing, 2 minutes from the beach, quiet area but right across the street from a cafe and a bakery that were just great. Had washing machines that can be used for free. Very comfortable and roomy.

Some amenities could be provided, especially considering that you may book the apartment to spend only a few days and it is wasteful to buy something that you will not be able to take home with you - for instance, toilet paper is only provided on the first day, after which you have to buy it, as well as sponges and dish soap. It wouldn't cost much to have available at all times.

Great position for all of Costa Smeralda . Good space for a family of 4. Lovely interiors . Clean and comfortable . Very friendly staff . Great outdoor entertaining area . Could’ve stayed longer !

The only negative would be that the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped . No frying pan and no dishwashing liquid or sponges . Would be nice to have simple kitchen staples like oil , salt , coffee pods etc .

Fabulous week spent at Seabay. Beautiful interior, very clean and very welcoming. We were a group of 5 and I would highly recommend this location to anyone else. We hired a car and found it the perfect location to explore. The bakery across the road was also beautiful

No washing up liquid or sponges. No sugar, tea or coffee provided. No bin. Hot water ran out after one shower (hair wash and shave)

The apartment was clean, well furnished and very well located. Nearest beach reachable in 5 mins by foot plenty more with only few minutes by car. Frida was very helpful and kind, always ready to answer our questions and helping out. the roof top was a bonus we use it most night to enjoy a glass of wine cooling down from the day heat!!

small critic is that the flat come completely empty. We had to buy everything from washing up liquid to sponges etc. may be that should be provided.

The apartment was very light, clean and comfortable. It is only a few minutes walking from two of the towns beaches. For us as a family it was also very useful to have washing machines at our disposal The host Frida made us feel very welcome!

Our host (Frida) was super lovely, welcoming and helpful. She really went out of her way to make us feel good. The apartment was cute, clean and well taken care of. She provided beach umbrella and checked in regularly to see how we are doing. Excellent location, several beaches in walkable distance and close to restaurants.

Basic kitchen hardware was missing, e.g. frying pan, dish washing sponge, dish washer gel. Zero in-house wifi signal and poor mobil internet at this area. TV signal is also very poor, 85% of channels lost signal shortly due to connection issues.

Cosy , super clean hotel, very nice rooms, great location, 5 minutes to the white sand beach. 10 minutes drive to the dolphin watching spot. Cafe with good breakfast just across the street.
