The location was excellent - you could walk to all the Golfo 1,2,3,4,5 beaches from where you could swim, snorkel a bit, hire loungers, eat/drink at bars/cafes. The beaches don’t have toilets/fresh water from what we could see. You can also walk to Golfo centre with wider shopping, street market at night. Opposite the apartment is a bakery, gelataria, deli which are very popular and good. 2 restaurants very close by. The lady at check-in was very good(sorry, should have got her name) and also gave us parasol and inflatable. There is also a laundry area. The apt was a good size for 4 adults and clean. The main bedroom has a/c which was a god-send at 35-39 deg C. Nice ambience outside-other seating areas and some green.

Minor gripe - missed the kettle for my tea, used a pan instead. Not the same. There was a very small table fan, would have liked the other rooms to have ceiling fans for better air flow. Didn’t want to open the doors too much since opposite a reasonably busy town road and dusty. Also, hardly any breeze anyway.

The staff was very friendly. The location is amazing, 2 minutes from the beach, quiet area but right across the street from a cafe and a bakery that were just great. Had washing machines that can be used for free. Very comfortable and roomy.

Some amenities could be provided, especially considering that you may book the apartment to spend only a few days and it is wasteful to buy something that you will not be able to take home with you - for instance, toilet paper is only provided on the first day, after which you have to buy it, as well as sponges and dish soap. It wouldn't cost much to have available at all times.

How modern it was and how close it was to the beaches, restaurants and supermarket. Loved the patisserie opposite and the modern cafe opposite for healthy take out food. Frida the host was lovely and very helpful.

On a busy road so can be noisy if you are staying at the front of the building. No kettle or microwave.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped . It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and close to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!

Great position for all of Costa Smeralda . Good space for a family of 4. Lovely interiors . Clean and comfortable . Very friendly staff . Great outdoor entertaining area . Could’ve stayed longer !

The only negative would be that the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped . No frying pan and no dishwashing liquid or sponges . Would be nice to have simple kitchen staples like oil , salt , coffee pods etc .

The place does not provide basic necessities such as soap, detergents, toilet paper, salt, sugar, etc. You have to buy everything.

Fabulous week spent at Seabay. Beautiful interior, very clean and very welcoming. We were a group of 5 and I would highly recommend this location to anyone else. We hired a car and found it the perfect location to explore. The bakery across the road was also beautiful
