After our room upgrade to the beach hotel it was lovely. The theatre performance was really nice and the entertainment staff was amazing and gave us information about the activities and tours. The beach was crystal clear, better than the photos. We had access to the beach umbrella, which is a perk.. The restaurant was beautiful and had a stunning view.

Initially, we booked a family room in the villa, which was very basic, I found a pile of hair in the shower and poor facilities. The restaurant from the villa served cold eggs for breakfast and poor hygiene. After we upgraded the room, it was a big difference. However, the service at the beach hotel restaurant was very slow. The menu was a la cart, and we had to wait sometimes even 50 mins between plates. The staff seemed very stressed, and some of them were rude. The food was delicious, though.

Part Vogue Junior, part warm Latin welcome — when Flo, Aileen, and the charming Italian gent are around, it’s magic. When they’re not… well, let’s just say the sparkle fades a bit. I adored the staff — especially Flo and Aileen. Friendly, charming, and the kind of people you can have a real conversation with. They’re the ones who turn a stay into a story. Also, shout-out to the sweet Italian guy with glasses, who was so polite he could probably teach a course in manners. The restaurant/lunch manager is a star — professional, attentive, and clearly running a tight ship. But the moment he’s not there… well, let’s just say the boat starts drifting a bit. When I first arrived at reception, it felt like stepping into Vogue Junior: beautiful people everywhere, but I couldn’t help thinking, “Great! Now, if only they were equally fluent in English and Spanish… and could give me tips about the area without Googling them under the desk.” We did get one shuttle driver with the charm of a Monday morning — made us move to the back seat, then decided to drop us past our room. I guess it was his creative way of getting a shorter workday. If I were running the place, I’d add two cheerful, warm Argentine receptionists — the type who greet you like an old friend. Leave the model trainees for Milan Fashion Week; this is hospitality, not a runway.

Now, for the not-so-magical part. Upon arrival, one of the “Vogue cover girl” receptionists told us the restaurant was closed and that there was nothing else around. So… we basically starved on day one. And since I’d just come out of the hospital in La Maddalena, driving far wasn’t exactly an Olympic sport for me. Turns out, there actually were places to eat nearby — but hey, why ruin a perfectly good fashion pose with accurate information?

I usually don't take too much time to fill out reviews on booking. I'll make an exception this time. It was my first trip to Sardinia. At the beginning, I was skeptical about choosing the department, because of the average grade. However, something told me to choose Voi Colonna. and my instinct did not deceive me. it was one of the best vacations in my life. You will have everything you need in the resort. You will feel at home. The employees are extra friendly and helpful. The rooms are airy and beautiful. Cleanliness at its peak. Let's not talk about food...namely, the scales shows 2 plus after 1 week ;) Thank you to all the employees for welcoming us so nicely. I recommend that you also rent a car from them if you don't want to have any problems... A great point for families with children as well....

Location on beach was beautiful. View from balcony is stunning Terraced restaurant had beautiful views of Tavalora. Staff were helpful and friendly Kiki Beach Restaurant is a short walk on beach for lunch.. (independent from hotel) highly recommend

Taxi service at hotel is non existent. We were told they needed 2 days notice to get taxi, just into the next town ie. Golf aranci. No pharmacy , even small counter one on site for such a large village resort. Besides catering for kids entertainment in evening, there was nothing for adults. Front Beach Hotel bar needed a bit music to attract people in. Too quiet.

Fantastically gorgeous beach and seaside place. Quite calm hotel. Good and helpful staff.

The cleaning of rooms is not good enough. Once, they just shovelled the dust and dirt under the bed instead of wet cleaning. The VOI Concierge cooperating with ERGA transfer is really non-punctual. They charge you for a service, but it won't be provided in time.

The location was idillic and the quality of the food and choice each meal time was exceptional.

I didn’t like the soap tablets. It’s messy. Also I was not happy to be told by reception that I couldn’t get a bus to Golfo Aranci when in actual fact this was untrue. Just be honest with your guests.

WOW~ the views are absolutley increible. Perfect getaway - beautiful property with private beach on the property. The food was amazing with a wide variety of options - breakfast, lunch, & dinner The staff was so friendly - hospitality A+

1.Just the pictures on the website wasn't same as the room wich they give us . And sofia she said stay first night only . And the other two night she give us better room . But still not same as the pictures 2.we booked trips to see dolphins. But unfortunately we couldn't see them . But the trip still was nice .

the rooms were dated and tired. damp in rooms and paint flaking off. furniture tired. breakfast was very basic
