The villa is really nice and well maintained. Our room was clean, and the mattresses were generally okay, though one of the beds had a very uncomfortable mattress with a dip in the middle, like it had been heavily used. That was probably the only downside of the whole place. The rooms overall were spotless and well kept. We had a little private kitchenette, which was perfect for our needs, and the shared kitchen areas were super well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool was big and clean — our kids absolutely loved it, along with the garden area. The owner was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The nearest beach is just a 12-minute walk away, and the location is great — close to Olbia with a direct bus connection. It’s a quiet, relaxing place. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Such a cool place, basically a villa in a quiet area but still walking distance to shops and restaurants. Olbia is just a short drive away too. The pool was amazing and the house in general was really clean. The staff are a family and were very nice. You can purchase drinks and ice cream at the pool at certain hours.

There was a group of 6 young people staying on the same floor as us at the same time and they took over the upstairs section. They would have long breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen and we felt a bit uncomfortable to go in when they were there. They also drank in this area until 12pm both nights which was a bit annoying.

This was a great place and we wished we stayed longer. Very friendly owners and staff. The pool was beautiful and clean and together with the garden and the sunbeds it was a quiet and nice place for recreation. The kitchen was great and the room too. It was even better than the pictures. Perfect that you could have the car just near the house and it was easy to get into Olbia. Can absolutly recommend it and hope we can come back someday.

Very nice hotel with all the facities you need, morning coffee is included and very welcomed. The room, bathroom, pool, everything is new and comfortable. The location is great, close to the sea and Olbia airport and also Costa Smeralda beaches are easy to reach from there. The host is very helpful and helped us with shower and luggage deposit for a late chek-out.

In the morning is easy to hear the doors and neighbours from other rooms, but the location itself is very quiet

We absolutely loved the apartment! Nice, accommodating people, beautiful greenery, a clean pool, clean sea nearby, multiple beaches, local groceries, restaurants. If you're looking for a truly relaxing getaway, we couldn't recommend it more highly!

Great room with everything you could need and bonus having the option to use the common kitchen. Easy check-in and checkout process.

The house is not soundproof at all so I would not recommend if you are a light sleeper as you can hear *everything* your neighbours do through the walls.

The pool area was brilliant, rooms are very clean. The kitchen facilities were good & we loved that the staff left us to our own devices and we had the villa pretty much to ourselves.

The shower was very flimsy & the beds/mattress needed an update. Dips in the mattress woke up with a bad back.

The pool was great, I felt like I was in a 5* resort. Summer kitchens fully equipped and accessible, space for everyone at the same time. I have nothing to complain about, great location, I would love to come again.

We had a wonderful stay at the property, the host was fantastic, the pool was lovely as were the facilities. We were even able to stay an extra night with no hassle. Highly recommend!
