Very nice mansion on the hill with nice views. Big rooms. Good housekeeping. Parking available. Beach 2 mins by car. A lot of branded items around, all made for Pozzo Sacro, which is sort of luxury.

Bad breakfast - they don't intend to refill the food. Imagine 20 guests provided with 1 small bread and 2 portions of scrambled eggs with bacon. Such cost saving is unprofessional, and does not look good to guests, especially if you pay a lot for breakfast. Most likely they do it on purpose, as complaining did not help much. Bad soundproofing in rooms. Some more maintenance would be needed.

The hotel looks nice, specially the outdoor suites "bungalows". The pool is great and has with nice view. Breakfast was fine and they had gluten-free options. The staff was really great... Beatrice, Valentina, the handyman just to name a few (sorry, I don't remember everyone's names). They were very welcoming, gave us information, quickly took care of a small technical issue in the suite, and helped when we could not find a taxi to come back to the hotel. They were really great because they send me by mail my lost/stolen wallet (with documents, etc), which had been found by local authorities after I had left Olbia. I'm very thankful for the hotel staff for their help. During the day, you can get around by bus to the gorgeous nearby beaches and the city.

The combination of no restaurant at the hotel and a evening music festival during the whole duration of my stay, between Olbia and the hotel, with police blocking the main road. Because of it, no buses and very few taxis (almost impossible) were available, so difficult to go out for dinner and come back, when you don't have a rental car. So for dinner, we mostly had some snacks/starters/cheese/charcuterie at the hotel bar managed by lively Valentina and some items we bought at the nearby supermarket.

We loved the hotel, despite minor issues. Beautiful spacious rooms, big terrace with a nice view, lovely pool, clean. We were a bit apprehensive reading the breakfast reviews, but it was ok. Not great, but there was enough for us to eat something else almost every day. However, it could be easily improved by adding more choices of meats, cheeses, vegetables and fruit. You need a car to move around if you stay here, but parking is not really an issue, as the hotel's parking lot is reasonably big. We also had dinner at the restaurant once. The food was good, but not a lot of choice in the menu. The restaurant and reception staff were always nice and accommodating. It was good value for money for us.

Breakfast could be improved and cleaning staff could be a bit more discreet. We travelled with a toddler that needed afternoon naps and some days you could hear the cleaning staff arguing and shouting in the hallways even for an hour straight. Nobody could rest.

The hotel is nice but quite old. We booked a suite, which appeared to be smaller than on the images. The terrace that came with the room was very nice. The breakfast was a nice addition but it was very minimal and all the food was pretty much gone by 9am (breakfast is between 7.30 & 10, and we travelled during peak season in mid August)

Not hotel related but do not rely on taxis in Sardinia. We did rent a car but on one of the nights decided to go to Olbia for dinner and asked to book us a taxi at the hotel reception. The member of stuff did not let us know that it would be a nightmare getting a taxi back from the centre to the hotel, so we spent 45 mins trying to get a taxi back, which was also very expensive (30 euros for 10 min drive)

We arrived early and Reception were super welcoming! They checked us in and kept our luggage whilst we enjoyed lunch and cocktails in the well-placed bar area. The hotel is located off the main road in Pittulongu, about 20 minutes from the airport. Absolutely LOVED our chalet-style room with a large balcony, boasting stunning views of the pool, garden and sea! The rooms are pleasantly spacious with an equally spacious bathroom. The staff....ALL of them were pleasantly personable, yet highly professional and accommodating. It is convenient to hire a car, although a shuttle and taxi service are always available. The bus stop right outside the hotel serves all areas and conveniently inexpensive. Pittulongu Beach is about 5 min drive down the road. Restaurants in the area serves well and Olbia town centre is approx 15 min drive. We HIGHLY recommended Hotel Pozzo Sacro and look forward to returning soon.

The breakfast was complete and healthy, offering a variety of fruits, scrambled eggs, bacon, and unlimited coffee. The staff was also very considerate, providing gluten-free options. The room was clean and very comfortable.”

The hotel did not have a restaurant available for lunch or dinner, which was a downside. Also, the pool only opened at 10 AM, but this did not negatively impact the stay.

Big rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast

The bed was giant, the pool was great and the parking in the hotel is incredible.

In the breakfast, they are very slow to put the food back and if you go after 9am. they dont have much food. Unfortunately , during a day and a half we have to take a cold shower due to a breakdown. But in general it was a good stay.

We have got a really good price(maybe because it was early May), spacious room, not bad breakfast, well cleaned

Location is not the best(however, the room view is amazing), but considering this js Sardinia and you need a car anyway to travel around its not that bad. And for some reason, fire alarm started at 3am randomly, probably it was a bug.
