The location could not be beat. It was 5-7 walking minutes to two of the most beautiful beaches that I've ever seen. The room was lovely and kept very clean. It was cleaned every day. The breakfast was great. There was an ample variety of food, certainly enough to satisfy all type of appetites. The staff was extremely nice and cool. The owner was particularly nice, helpful and willling to engage in conversation (extra important for a solo traveler).

The wifi went in and out sometimes. Sometimes it went out when i was speaking on the phone. This may be unavoidable since the area is somewhat remote and isolated.

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely quaint hotel. We loved the Sardinian decor. Room was perfect for us as it was traditional rather than modern. Continental buffet breakfast with a wide selection. Roberto and his staff so friendly and helpful. Perfect local beach within easy walk. Lo Sualo, fine dinning on the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Too short a stay 🥲!!

Very well located if you want to have a car and go around the Costa Smeralda. You can easily reach from San Teodoro to Palau. The best part is the staff, always very nice, helpful and available. The plane is nice in a very green environment. The room has everything you need, including Aircon and cable tv (sky).

Our room's mattress was a bit old.

-the location near a bus stop and the beach( Lo Squalo and Pittulongu) - the garden - the fact that it got a parking lot - good breakfast - comfortable beds - spotless cleaning Overall, everything was good. I do recommend this property

- the A/C machine was a bit old, didn't cool the room properly but it was manageable, we slept very well

Super charming, well priced, close to the airport, (also close to the city bus stop since our rental car was cancelled!) a block from a gorgeous beach, quick walk to very good restaurants, nice breakfast spread. The rooms have “dated”decor, that feels like a comfortable beach spot. The gardens are beautifully tended. It’s obvious they really put love into running this hotel.

Some folks may want more “luxury”, but this was perfectly homey and comfortable for us. One of my favorite spots on a 3 week trip.

The property is nearby Olbia and it was a great stop before we took the ferry in the morning. It is five minutes walk from the beach with an amazing view and nice, clear water, with lots of cute beach bars/restaurants. The breakfast was good; delicious croissants. I loved the hotel’s old school, eclectic style; it certainly has a charm to it. The onsite parking is great.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice garden and very close to the beach and to the bus station (you can easily get to Olbia for lunch or dinner or to Bados beach).

Nothing major. Maybe some veggies at the breakfast would have been nice, but probably if I would have just told them, they would have solved this.

The property was close enough to the airport for a quick lay over, yet walking distance to a nice beach. Great for a quick stay on your way to your final destination. Very kind and helpful staff! Clean rooms. Classic and simple . Good hot water and pressure in the shower. Basic breakfast. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Good Value.

Hotel is in flight path to airport, so expect a little airplane noise in the morning and day time. Bed and pillows are a little hard, yet common in most European hotels. Be mindful taxi will cost 35-40 Euros 1 way to or from airport -completely independent from hotel.

Great hotel with amazing personal and outstanding location. It’s older hotel, but it kept well and you will have everything needed. People that work there are super friendly and helpful. You’ll reach beach in 5 mins max, there are also a pizzeria/bar and shop in 5 mins other way as well. Great wifi sygnal

A little gem of a hotel in an ideal location, just a stone throw from the beach. Roberto, his wife and Piedro gave such attention and personable service! This hotel offers personality and heart, which larger hotels cannot. Nothing was ever to much for this great team and the cappuccinos were amazing😍

That it only opens for the Summer season.
