Beautiful place, staff super friendly and supportive, nice swimming pool, amazing view at beach and lake. We really loved it.

In case you need to work from there, it will be a bit tricky because the wi-fi doesn’t work very well. I guess it is an improvement to be made. The restaurant that doesn’t belong to the resort, but is within the resort is not that good in our opinion. The pizza is very good, but the rest we would call it a bit of trap, it is expensive, and not the generous.

The resort is wonderful, clean and well-kept! Simply paradise on earth! You open one terrace and you have a view of the beautiful lake, and you open the second terrace and you have a view of the beautiful sea and a clean beach. Well-kept and clean swimming pool. Great food, very tasty breakfasts! Possibility to rent a car! The service and owners are wonderful! We had tears in our eyes when we left this paradise, we will definitely come back, because apart from the views, it is the people who create this atmospheric and unforgettable time! The staff were exceptional: friendly, efficient, relaxed and easy to communicate. The place is peaceful, close to the beach, well structured with everything you need. I loved the fact that they offer the possibility to separate the thrash and are conscious about the environment in that way.

I liked everything. For improvement, I guess I’d say not to offer one time use shampoo, since that’s not very friendly for the environment. But that doesn’t diminish my opinion about the place, it’s just a suggestion.

Everything was just wonderful! Tiziana is by far the best host I've ever experienced. She magically appears whenever you need something and does her ultimate best to help you. She made our daughter's birthday unforgettable. The location is just wonderful. 10 seconds walking to the pool and 25 seconds to the beach. Rooms were really clean. We also made use of the car rental service they provide which made our time much more convenient there. Pool is taken care and cleaned regularly. We always had dinner outside so it wouldn't be fair to rate it but at least there's an option inside the facilities.

That I chose to stay 4 days instead of a full week. I really regretted that since the kids were enjoying it so much but the plane tickets etc. were already arranged. Next time will definitely be more. Maybe 1-2 little suggestions to future guests; make sure you have something against mosquitos. Not to blame the place, on the contrary, it's in a really natural place so mosquitos are a given but better be prepared for it. And make sure that you arrange a car for yourself, either from the place or from outside. Since public transport is not possible.

Great place with friendly, helpful staff. Location perfect for visiting most beautiful places on Sardegna. We had everything was is needed to have best holidays ever - cosy house with terrace and sea view, swimming pool, silence and peace. I highly recommend!

All was fine but it is worth to know that car is definitely needed to spend comfortable time. It could be also more shelves in rooms and bathroom.

Really nice property on the beach. Very quiet area. Restaurant on site. The staff was super nice and friendly and helped me organize a great birthday party. Mosquitos are everywhere though. Bring lots of mosquito repellant, seriously it’s righteous beyond belief. Or buy at the closest supermarket which is an 8 minute drive.

Location. Great villas to entertain outside with large groups.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms with a kitchen and a patio. Nice rooms design. Good view, even when it is not a sea-view. Fenced private parking, private beach literally 20 steps from the apartments. There is a good restaurant in the complex. Not far from the city if you are driving. Just at the seaside, hidden from the road and urban noise.

Very expensive, even considering the high season. It was the only one which completely met my wife's "rider", otherwise I would look for something more affordable.

The real idyll: one- or two-apartment small brick-made bungalows with kitchen and individual panoramic window to kind of private Laguna. Closed territory. All the interiors are in white. Soundproofed. The scenery is fantastic. In the bungalow can stay up to 2 couples. 2 washrooms with separated toilets and a bidet. 7-10 minutes drive by car from Olbia (from airport, even closer). Very helpful staff (Tiziana...). Absolutely fantastic place! We especially recommend this place for quite, especially for quiet, meditative-style rest.

Within windy days, the wind is quite strong on the territory. A lot of mosquitoes and flies in the evenings and mornings: you have to keep closed all the windows and doors. Internet provided by SpaseX - very unstable (TV is connected to that and there are no local channels). You must have a car to reach the place (not a minus at all). But all these inconveniences are really nothing: Our total rate is 10+!

The facilities, kitchen appliances, close to the sea. Nice staff.

We loved our stay at Baia del Sole! The best part is that you stay practically at the beach and you get a swimming pool and all needed facilities including kitchen in every property. It is located close to Olbia and Costa Smeralda so is a great base for exploring the best beaches of Sardinia!

These are some remarks for owners to improve on however not impacting the overall impression which is 10/10: 1. The cleaning of the apartments has not happened during our stay of 9 days. 2. The young lady at the breakfast is borderline to rude. But some basic customer service crash course for her will fix it I am sure. The rest is great!
