We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need for preparing food. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of storage space. We loved the peaceful garden and outdoor seating. The complex was very quiet and felt safe. The pool area was perfect!

The air conditioning lacked a bit of power so it did get warm at night.

Great location, close to Olbia and we could also drive around and explore different beaches. Very nice stuff, Michelle was super helpful and accomodated our very late check-in, also checking on us once in a while as we settled in. Great pool, also the one for the kids, our little one loved it. The appartment was equiped with everything we needed, incl. washing machine. Air conditioning in the bedroom and kitchen/living room.

The bed was a bit too hard for us, so it took us few days to get used to it.

The apartment was in a great location in the village of Murta Maria. We had one bedroom and used the sofa bed in the kitchen/ living area for our daughter. There was a large balcony off the main room and the bathroom was a good size with a washing machine too. The apartment was well-equipped and very clean. Towels were changed every 3 days and no daily cleaning, but that was fine for us. The pool is lovely and was very quiet. The location is close to Olbia airport and easy to find with parking outside. Lovely beaches are nearby but a car is recommended to get to them and to explore the area. Some nearby beaches are small secluded coves and can be tricky to find (ie 3 sisters and Doctors Beach) Porta Istana beach is beautiful but busy, and the sea is so clear everywhere. Sand on beaches varies from fine white to slightly coarser and golden, depending on the beach. If you visit nearby San Teodoro you will need to reserve in advance spaces on the popular but beautiful Lu Impostu or Brandinchi beaches. Olbia was lovely to visit (part at the harbour) and also easy to reach the Costa Smeralda area. Some lovely restaurants in the Village (we liked Est Istana), a great gelato shop and caffe Della Nonna for fabulous pastries.

Nice view from our balcony, nice and helpful hostess, nice sun-beds and swimming pool, quiet, comfortable bed and shower with a great water pressure and temperature. Got everything in the kitchen to prepare a nice meal and a dishwasher. The accommodation is close to a Brazilian restaurant, we had a very nice dinner over there. The hostess let us check in early and a late check out. We appreciated it. We wouldn’t have minded to spend more nights here.

The dishwasher was a little bit fragile and the wifi wasn’t great

Nice, spacious and clean apartment. It has everything we (a family with 2 little kids) needed. Quiet resort, small garden and swimming pool in front of our apartment. Towels are replaced every 3 days. There is a small supermarket around the corner as well as pizzerias and a very nice cafeteria/bakery. The beach is 2 km away

Mosquitos in this area are quite persistent in the evening. Make sure you bring repellent

Quiet, pool was lovely and clean and hardly ever anyone at the pool area so most of the time had it ourselves! Was nice to have a balcony to sit on of an evening. Whole place was clean and well kept. Lovely beach just minutes down the road

Accomodation was very nice, the swimming pool was nice and clean and open all day, what was really good.

We were pretty surprised that we had to empty the garbage cans before our leaving and in kitchen we would appreciated at least the basic spices.

I liked very much the houses, the pool, the fact that is not crowded, it is near to an splendid beach called Porto Istana. The location is also near stores and restaurants. Very relaxing and beautiful

For a stay greater than 3 nights I need a cleaning service (at least once in 7 days) and extra toilet paper whenever needed.

For visiting the Talovara and Olbia region is ideal. It was good enough for 5 people , even if we were just 3 adults. All necessary household utensil and oven, stove were available.

All ok for the off season price.
