Sardinia is an enchanting island with beautiful beaches and crystal turquoise sea. There is no bay that is bad. But I must mention that you must prepare for the possibility of wind that can be extremely unpleasant Residence La Rosa is a true pearl. The location, cleanliness, equipment of the apartment, perfection. Of course, Maria as a host is perfect. She is cheerful, friendly, hospitable and at the service of the guest at all times. The whole complex is beautiful with lots of greenery, flowers, perfectly arranged. It was a real pleasure to stay This is an accommodation to which we will definitely return. Thank you Maria ❤️

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. Pros: • The host was very kind and helpful, always ready to assist and provide great recommendations for the best restaurants and places to visit. • The apartment was spacious and well located, close to a supermarket. • We appreciated the little welcome surprise in the fridge.

Cons: • Although the apartment is not directly on a main road, the adjacent street was surprisingly busy and sometimes noisy. • The biggest downside was the very small shower in the bathroom, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use.

Good central location in Porto San Paolo. Good base for exploring surrounding towns and beaches. We had an apartment on the ground floor with a pleasant garden view. Interior was clean and spacious, furnishings were lovely. Kitchen equipped with all essential utensils and a coffee machine. Maria is the best host ever, she welcomed us with a bottle of local wine, fridge was stocked with cold water and she gave us plenty of tips and recommendations for the best places to eat and drink at and was always available to help us when needed. There was plenty of space to park your car.

Could hear cars and scooters going by from the bedroom even with the windows closed. Accoustics in the apartment weren't great and could hear everything the neighbours above were doing during the night, even just waking around, flushing the toilet, closing doors etc.

Very good room, not super modern, but well equipped. Comfortable bed. Very good bathroom. Everything clean. The best is the garden: large, green, a lot of flowers and trees - simply made to enjoy. Parking next to the garden, very convenient. Good location - some beautiful beaches within 10-15 minutes drive. Olbia is also not far away - about 15 minutes by car…

Fantastic Stay at Residence La Rosa Our first trip to Sardinia was made even better by our stay at Residence La Rosa. The spacious two-storey apartment had everything we needed for self-catering, and we loved relaxing on the private balcony with beautiful hillside views and evening sun. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away, and beaches can be reached via a scenic coastal path — Porto Istana was a highlight. Maria, the manager, was incredibly helpful, even arranging a late-night airport pickup. We’d definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this location! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. The inner courtyard was beautifully arranged and added a relaxing touch to the whole experience. Our host, Maria, was extremely kind and helpful — she gave us great recommendations on places to visit and was always available whenever we needed anything. She responded promptly and made us feel truly welcome. The quality-price ratio was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

The location, the setting, the privacy, access to garden area, lovely one bed apartment on ground floor. Idyllic. The facilities with the apartment were good. We didn’t want for anything. Maria was always available if we needed anything. The grocery shops were close by and were all good. Maria advised us of restaurants, beaches and shops to go to and places of interest to visit.

As it was off season, it was fairly quiet but that didn’t bother us really.

I stayed at this property recently and absolutely loved my experience. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Every detail made me feel right at home. The location is perfect abd the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I would love to return in the future!

WIFI very poor

We had a wonderful time at La Rosa even though we stayed for only 1 night. We had another active booking in Stintino (north part of the island) but we ran away from the bad weather over there just to taste a couple of more days the sunny days and the beautiful views of Porto Istano beach which is in the proximity of the apartments. Maria welcomed us with a box of sweets and a bottle of Vermentino which my husband loved very much, helped us with anything to know about the apartment and the surroundings and even called a couple of Agroturismo places just to book us a table for dinner. Not to mention she spoke very good English and we could understand each other great! The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast, it has a Sardinian vibe, furnished with great taste and having a beautiful garden. Lots of free parking spaces around. At checkout, Maria made sure that my husband will remember Sardinian’s traditional wine and offered him another bottle to go. She really went to great lengths so we can have a perfect stay even though it was only for 1 night! We can’t thank you enough Maria for everything and for your gorgeous smile! 🤗😍

Everything! The apartment was very beautiful and sweet, we had everything what we needed in the kitchen, our balcony was perfect for dinner. The garden is also perfect for a late breakfast or to relax. The beach is close, shop 2 min away, what do you need more!? And I can’t describe how nice and friendly Maria is. She is the best host, we want to thank her one more time for everything ❤️
