Resort is really well managed and facilities are run well. Clean and comfortable. The pool area was really nice and it a great plus that it has a beach on the property, even though it is a bit away from the resort itself. There is a shuttle service during summer which is nice. All in all, great value for the money.

Beds could have been better in our rooms, shower was really small.

Having our own space. The rooms were basic and ample in size. The beach was lovely and ideal with the sun beds. Ice creams and drinks reasonably priced.

The air con wasn’t very cold (even on the coldest setting). No kettle or toaster in the kitchen. Although not a massive issue, we boiled water in a saucepan to make coffee and we just had bread! Not all of the items sold in the on site shop can be used in the pool which is naughty. We purchased a ball and was told by the lifeguard it was too big to use! Another family bought a rubber ring from the shop for their young daughter and was told the same! The pool is salt water and did sting sensitive eyes The photos do give the impression of a higher standard than what the reality was. The grounds could do with a bit more upkeep and the gym is very basic. The dumbbells started at 12kg so eliminating anyone who may not be able to lift that weight or above.

Location as I was looking for something quiet, next to one of the beaches. Food was also delicious in the a la carte restaurant as well breakfast.

Some of the equipment was worn but still well maintained. We got sone ants in the room in the last night - expected as the resort is built in the middle of the nature. However the staff was kind enough to try to clean-up but they decided to offer us a different room.

The spa facilities were amazing, the swimming pool was really nice, the view from the apartment was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful with giving tips of where to eat. They were also very attentive and responsive to our whatsapp messages for every question we had. The room was clean and comfortable. The beach at the resort had beautiful views. Very close to San teodoro by car.

The only thing we had a problem with was that there were lots of ants right next to our entrance/at the outdoor dining area. However, every time the ants came back, we texted reception and someone was sent within a few hours to try to fix the problem. The single beds in our apartments weren't the most comfortable, they would glide around a bit when you make the slightest move on the bed.

The pool was great - saltwater but clean, nice and cool, large and never overcrowded. Good pool bar, poolside showers and toilets and even changing rooms so that after we checked out on our last day we could get changed and showered in privacy before heading to the airport.

The private beach was a bit crowded and only 2 sunloungers per flat, and no space to lay out towels for the kids on the sand.

The size of the room is perfect for a family. The fact that the hotel has sun beds and umbrella free of charge for guests is also a plus. The mini club staff is very nice with the kids.

Some parts of the hotel can be better maintained, like the grass was too big in some parts of the hotel and the toys at the mini club can be renewed. But overall we were still very happy with our stay.

price was excellent location is real good but you need a car to stay here but I love to travel so did not bother me very clean room walking distance to beach free parking

the room are a little out dated and need more stuff in the room no kettle no sponges to clean dishes no washing up liquid. Double bed is two single beds pushed together so sometimes the beds move apart

Lovely swimming pool. Good sized room. 3 restaurants onsite offered good selection. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Towels replaced everyday which didn’t seem very environmentally friendly. DJ at swimming pool seemed to want to sing (badly) along with music. Not sure why. Sometimes music at swimming pool too loud. Preferred the chilled vibes. Good selection of vegetarian options at buffet restaurant. Would have wanted more vegetarian options at other restaurants.
