Really nice bungalow/apartment with a garden and outdoor kitchen area with bbq facilities. Also really nice view of the sea below. We enjoyed having dinner here and enjoying the view. You can walk down to a beach that has sun loungers reserved for residents but you have to pay for them. The beach has nice blue clear water and good snorkelling.

This is the only place we stayed in, in Sardinia, where the mosquitos were quite bad. (bring spray for inside and repellent to wear outside) The pool is quite small. The restaurant that is beside the pool is expensive (and didn't have a menu with prices) so we got a bill we were very surprised at! No other restaurant really in walking distance.

I had the most wonderful stay at Residence Baia Salinedda! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality from the host, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a beautiful, tranquil spot with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The beach is just a short walk away, and everything about the area feels like paradise. The accommodation was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bungalow was clean, and had a lovely private garden where we could enjoy the stunning sunrise each morning and had the best sea view. It really felt like a home away from home. Overall, the combination of a great host, an incredible location, and top-notch accommodation made this an unforgettable vacation.

The location was perfect, there were lots of beautiful beaches close by, but you would benefit from having a car. The apartment was simple but clean and tidy and comfortable. There were no mosquitoes or at least none that bit us. The view from our apartment was spectacular. It was private and quiet, which suited us. We had a car so could travel to busier towns but return to a peaceful place for a good night’s sleep.

There were no change of towels, although they did give us plenty, it would’ve been nice to have fresh ones. Couldn’t figure out how to work the TV for international channels. Air-conditioning is only in the hallway and although it does cool the whole apartment, it’s not very good to cool the main lounge and kitchen areas.

We had an excellent stay in this residence. The furniture is a bit old, but everything was super clean and worked well, good mattress, orthopedic pillows. We especially appreciated the silence (maybe we were just lucky with neighbours...). We stayed in a flat nr 7 (garden view). The Salinedda beach is OK, but better options are on the other side of the Capo Coda Cavallo.

Beautiful view for the Sea view apartment. We were with a car, that seems like the best option as the grocery stores are a bit further away, close proximity to nice restaurants with a great view. Great private beach. Cute dog by the name Nut.

The location is perfect, the staff was super nice to us, one of them even spoke Portuguese and French( I´m brazilian and my husband is French), which is not so usual, we could have a late check out, the place was clean, perfect size for a family of 3 or 4, very well equipped kitchen, loads of outdoor space, a bbq and a lovely garden. The bar is super nice and the view is amazing. Very convenient to have a couple of beaches in walking distance. We had some lazy days so it was nice not to use the car to go to the beach every single day. 10-15 min drive to many amazing beaches. Also loved the fact that the place is very quiet. That were a lot of families while we were there but as there is a lot of space you don´t really feel it. I also enjoyed the silence, you don´t get to hear a lot of noise there.

The swimmig pool was not that clean, the shower was super small, it barely fits an adult. The decoration of the house could be a bit better, many mosquitos and the mosquito net had many holes. None of those was a big deal. We bought some spray and citronela for the garden and it worked just fine.

Loved that this was more of an apartment and we kept missing our kids! We arrived at night and didn't see the epic view outside, then when we woke up, my wife was squealing with joy! The facilities is so tranquil. We loved the BBQ grill outside and outdoor kitchen. We enjoyed the restaurant on premise which doesn't belong to them. We did arrive after midnight and had to call but they were nice to let us do check in the next day. We visited the beach in the after noon just to check it out, it was tranquil but we rather visit Cinthia beach. This is further away from San Teodoro main area so you do need a car, but overall such a peaceful stay at a great price!

Great views, amazing location, clear water beaches around, quiet location despite of some building works nearby. Well equipped kitchen with a great selection of pots, crockery, cutlery. Bear in mind, shop nearby is closed between 1pm and 5:30pm. Had a massive turtle as a visitor in my garden, exciting experience

Dead bodies of mosquitoes on all walls. Save your towels, no change or cleaning service is provided. I bought extra toilet paper, not sure if it would have been given at the reception

Though the description said there was a supermarket 700m, it was a seasonal one and was already closed when we were there in October. The closest shop then was about 5 km away. Overall the place looked like a ghost town at the beginning of October.

Very welcoming staff, beautiful location, extremely clean, easy to go around the other beaches. Kitchen had everything you needed. No complains, just perfect.

The mattress was a bit overused making a bit of a hole, but it did not spoil our stay.
