It’s a decent place. Nice petite rooms. Fine location. Nothing extraordinary nothing bad either. Good that it has a nice parking lot and 10-15 minutes drive away from Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Porto Taverna and such.

Why are there no shelves or such in the shower cabin? We would have put our hotel shampoo bottles or tubes on the ground too if we could but no, they give shampoo sachets. So you cant use the ground either. At the end of the shower you get soaked sachets on the shower cabin ground. And the location being right on the sea front shouldn’t fool you, that part is the most ridiculously rocky & grassy part of the normally beautiful La Cinta bay. The beach club right by the hotel has no sand beach. This is obviously not about the hotel at all, but about it’s location. We picked it because of it and couldn’t get the best of it.

3 mins walk to a stunning beach. It's literally all about the beach and the location of the hotel is perfect for this. Very comfortable beds. Hotel has a cute boutique feel and is super clean and new, and has lovely grounds. Location is near to centre, about 20 mins walk. We liked the mini bar and drinks selection. Mini fridge in room is super helpful for keeping few food items in. Liked the triple room, very comfortable for family of three. I know other reviews say they didn't rate the breakfast, we thought it was fine, had all the essentials, and they did bring out fruit some days.

Walls are a bit thin so can hear other people, and no blackout blinds but we used ear plugs and eye mask and slept fine. We have a 4 year old, you have to prepare any daytime snacks in advance, not many restaurants cater for kids lunches/food nearby, this is not hotels fault. Centre has great supermarkets if you happy to walk. Mini fridge comes in handy.

So brilliantly situated next to the beach. Great staff - special mention to the barman Walter for mixing great cocktails and being so friendly. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Beach towels and bikes for hire :-) Parking on site and we thought the breakfast was good - lots of choice. The restaurant across the road is great and with a 10% discount if you stay at the hotel, what could be better?!

That’s hard really - hasn’t got a pool, but there is a garden and the beach is 2 minutes away! Sometimes you could hear the next door bathroom. Tomatoes at breakfast - that would be nice. As you can see - hard to fault for a 3 star hotel!

This hotel is well kept and maintained and clean. Its Staff were very good and always helpful suggesting many night spots and good restaurants too. Its close to the beach but the room it was very cramped and small...for a family of 3 people the beds were touching each other. It well within walking distance to the town center and we enjoyed our time there. Its Bar was well stocked but only sparsely manned... the receptionist had to make our drinks in the evenings except one day when the Barman turned up and he was a joy to chat with :)

Very small triple rooms, it felt like the 3rd bed was an afterthought!

The property was renovated and much nicer than we expected. Our room had a balcony with a view of the beach and sea. The front desk staff were nice and helpful, and the man running the bar/coffee/pastry area was very friendly. We enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach which had beautiful clear blue water and lots of sand to lounge, play frisbee, or kick a soccer ball. The room itself was fine for a family of four with two kids (they had side-by-side twin beds which worked out better than sharing a double). The breakfast was pretty good with a coffee machine, pastries, cheese, etc. The eggs and meat ran out quickly, but the staff did their best to keep up with all of the people eating around the same time. We enjoyed exploring San Teodoro and found a great gelateria and pizza place.

The parking lot didn’t have quite enough space for all the cars.

I had booked this hotel a while back. Then on reading some of the reviews I had contemplated changing hotels. I am glad I did not. The biggest thing is the location. It is a 5 min walk to La Cinta beach and a 16 min to Cala Brandachi beach. Both really beautiful and very child friendly. The town center is a pleasant 15 min walk away with plenty of restaurants and shopping.Breakfast is typical of what you will find on the island. Yes things to run out but staff are quick to replenish.

The balcony of the neighbouring room was attached to our room and we were literally face to face with the other guests. Some sort of screening between the balconies would be useful

location is spectacular - A short, 2 min walk from La Cinta, close to a nice beach bar, with the hotel having their own parking lot and a lawn with tanning beds where you can hear the waves. Staff was attentive and gave good recommendations. Breakfast had a relatively large variety.

Coffee at breakfast could've been better, but apart from that - Everything was lovely!

Hotel is on the perfec location close to the Cintia beach with garden and wiew over the bay. Close to Olbia and San Teodoro, which is 10 min far by walk. There are many bars and restaurant and although it was not a season time, there was enought offer. Nace small place. Rooms were comfortable with balcony and imposant wiew. Good choise for breakfast, you can enjoy meal inside or outdide in the terase. Very clean and well keeping ( renovated). Staff was professional and kind. Perfect choise to stay, peacefull and green.

Perfect location- very close to the beach. Tasty breakfast. We didn't expect to have a fridge (there was no such information in the room description) and it was a great surprise to find it in the room.

1. Couldn't sleep at night due to mosquitoes in the room. 2. People were smoking at the breakfast. Everyone wants to sit in the terrace when it is hot- smokers and non-smokers. But having breakfast with the cigarette smell around is more than disgusting :(.
