Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel was stunning, with an exceptional location and breathtaking views. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional.

The room was lovely, spacious, pleasantly scented, and very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. However, the room was not well soundproofed — it was quite noisy at night, and I could even hear dogs barking. The service was excellent overall, and the food was delicious and hygienic. The swimming pool was clean with a beautiful view. However, the bar service could be improved — drinks sometimes took a long time to arrive, and on a couple of occasions my order was forgotten, while guests who ordered after me were served first. Despite these minor inconveniences, everything else was great and I had a pleasant stay.

Overall, a good stay. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, it’s fine if you have a car — there’s plenty of free parking, and there’s also a bus stop right outside. The staff were friendly. Our room was spacious, and the baby cot we requested in advance was already set up when we arrived. All areas were very clean. The hotel takes a €150 deposit at check-in, which was returned a few days after check-out.

The hotel has a strict policy against bringing in outside food or drinks, or receiving deliveries — something I hadn’t noticed beforehand, and it does make a difference when travelling with a child. On two nights we weren’t able to go out for dinner and need to eat at the hotel restaurant, which isn’t the cheapest and doesn’t have many options. It’s stated that if any food or drink is found, a €200 “extra cleaning” fee may be charged. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

I am SO glad the pool was available, although it was early for the season. The breakfast was SO good, variety, hot dishes, fresh fruit, plenty of everything, so many options. Lovely dining room. The View! I was grateful that all of the staff spoke English. I loved being called "Madam!" I needed the adapter for the electric plug in and the front desk let me use one,. I returned it. Thje front desk staff made me feel welcome every time I returned, and helped me host my sion and his wife for breakfast. I was SO happy! I am glad I could open the window.

It was hard to figure out the shower. I never did figure out how to turn on the TV.

The hotel is cozy and tidy. The staff are helpful and polite.

We did not like the location of the hotel. There were no shops or other restaurants nearby. Walking to the beach is dangerous, as there are no pedestrian paths. The bus schedule is unclear, and taxi services are outrageously expensive. Staying at this hotel really requires having a car. We came only for a few days and expected to reach the beach easily, but unfortunately, we were disappointed.

Excellent breakfast

Everything was wonderful from the friendly greeting at the front desk upon arrival to the daily treatment at breakfast. Excellent staff, Fernando, Michelangelo, Benedetta, Alessandro, with f&b, always ready (and very dignified) to bring you what you need - drinks and terrific food! Also check out lovely pool bar! Laura, Simona, Sandro, I believe, were the names of some of the lovely people at the reception. Thanks for helping me open up a bottle late eve ;-).

The pool is great, the room was great, large bathroom, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, parking was never a problem.

The pillows were horrible, the room could be a tiny bit bigger, a (longer) drying rack, for a swimming vacation (there were a lot of towels and swimwear, but not enough space to hang them). Breakfast spread could be better with more savoury food.

I did not like the fact that the pool closes very early (7pm) and opens very late (10am) so for people like me that chexkin late and check out early, it wasn't possible to use the pool. While it would have been amazing to enjoy the sunset colors swimming in that beautiful pool

The hotel has a policy that means you’re not allowed to take an iron to your room - we had to iron our clothes in the luggage storage room every evening in front of other guests, this really reduced the quality of our stay. The location is a little remote but with a car it’s fine. You can’t have glassware by the pool, only plastic cups. This was disappointing having paid full price for a drink to have to sit on the terrace.
