The value for money was definitely worth it. The apartment had everything we needed (the essentials, at least).

Unfortunately, the bed (the mattress, to be more precise) was terrible! It sunk in and was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on, so we had to put the mattress on the floor to try to get a better night's sleep. The TV had no signal, and the lights outside the house were always off (very dark at night).

I had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. The place is perfect—extremely clean, spacious, and well-lit. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the internet worked flawlessly. Having my own parking spot right in front of the apartment was a huge advantage as I am a motorcyclist. The location is also great. Although it's outside the city, it's very peaceful and quiet, and I felt completely safe. You can reach the city in just 10 minutes. The abundance of lawns adds to the overall enjoyment. I must give a special mention to Viola, the receptionist from Poland. She was incredibly helpful, especially when I needed medical assistance. She provided me with all the necessary information, even outside of her working hours. Employers are truly fortunate to have such dedicated employees. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation.

Relaxing Stay with Great Views Lovely terrace, peaceful garden, and beautiful views made for a relaxing stay. No pool, but the outdoor spaces more than made up for it. Just note: a car is essential, as the city and bus stop are a few kilometers away. Ideal for those seeking quiet and nature.

Relaxing Stay with Great Views and comfortable apartment

The location was good and easy to access, very close to the beach. Quiet and close to everything you need.

The internet was very bad The apartment was reasonable and acceptable but it doesn't match the photos on the page. No microwave.

This was a last minute booking due to our flight being cancelled. The host helped organise all checkin seamlessly via WhatsApp. The rooms, beds and showers were excellent and all very clean.

We arrived at 1am to a very hot room. The Air conditioning remotes didn’t have batteries that worked in them so it made it very uncomfortable. Luckily we had a couple of batteries on us so could fix the problem ourselves.

Very bright sunny room! Two balconies with a view of the mountains and the city, large floor-to-ceiling windows. Spacious shower, bidet, everything you need is there. Very quiet and calm, great location, clean air. We really liked it, thanks to Violetta, everything was very professional. We will definitely come back!

Quiet peaceful area. Good location for beaches in the north and north east. Staff very helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

A safe would have been useful for us as we stayed there for two weeks.

The rooms were nice and had everything we needed. Nice views. Quiet surroundings. The staff were helpful. It wasn't far from the airport so good place to stay if you arrived late into Olbia. It had free parking.

It is located a bit far from everything so no restaurants nearby. But we cooked our own food so it was not an issue for us. The rooms aren't noise cancelling so we can hear everything from upstairs even their walking so that was disturbing.

Great nature arround, rocks and beautiful mountains. You must have a car or other - bus stops are so far away (30-40 minutes on foot). Apartment is in ok condition. Will be better if the owner have better communication support. If you are in trouble - answering late, per weekend - no chance of responding questions at all!! Resort area has no shops etc. You must do food shopping in advance if you planned cook at the apartment.

Communication support and no transportation

We had a really great experience. The location is awesome with a car, the appartment was clean and everything really nice (great view). At arrival we had a really nice welcome and the guy (sorry, don't remember the name) gave us lots of tips.

We just had a slight problem with ants for a cople of days but nothing special.
