Very good room, not super modern, but well equipped. Comfortable bed. Very good bathroom. Everything clean. The best is the garden: large, green, a lot of flowers and trees - simply made to enjoy. Parking next to the garden, very convenient. Good location - some beautiful beaches within 10-15 minutes drive. Olbia is also not far away - about 15 minutes by car…

Fantastic Stay at Residence La Rosa Our first trip to Sardinia was made even better by our stay at Residence La Rosa. The spacious two-storey apartment had everything we needed for self-catering, and we loved relaxing on the private balcony with beautiful hillside views and evening sun. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away, and beaches can be reached via a scenic coastal path — Porto Istana was a highlight. Maria, the manager, was incredibly helpful, even arranging a late-night airport pickup. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location, the setting, the privacy, access to garden area, lovely one bed apartment on ground floor. Idyllic. The facilities with the apartment were good. We didn’t want for anything. Maria was always available if we needed anything. The grocery shops were close by and were all good. Maria advised us of restaurants, beaches and shops to go to and places of interest to visit.

As it was off season, it was fairly quiet but that didn’t bother us really.

We had a wonderful time at La Rosa even though we stayed for only 1 night. We had another active booking in Stintino (north part of the island) but we ran away from the bad weather over there just to taste a couple of more days the sunny days and the beautiful views of Porto Istano beach which is in the proximity of the apartments. Maria welcomed us with a box of sweets and a bottle of Vermentino which my husband loved very much, helped us with anything to know about the apartment and the surroundings and even called a couple of Agroturismo places just to book us a table for dinner. Not to mention she spoke very good English and we could understand each other great! The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast, it has a Sardinian vibe, furnished with great taste and having a beautiful garden. Lots of free parking spaces around. At checkout, Maria made sure that my husband will remember Sardinian’s traditional wine and offered him another bottle to go. She really went to great lengths so we can have a perfect stay even though it was only for 1 night! We can’t thank you enough Maria for everything and for your gorgeous smile! 🤗😍

Everything! The apartment was very beautiful and sweet, we had everything what we needed in the kitchen, our balcony was perfect for dinner. The garden is also perfect for a late breakfast or to relax. The beach is close, shop 2 min away, what do you need more!? And I can’t describe how nice and friendly Maria is. She is the best host, we want to thank her one more time for everything ❤️

Super spacious fully equipped apartments. Sun umbrellas and bicycle available. Extremely friendly staff made us feel at home.

Construction works in the adjacent street were a bit noisy.

Internet was weak upstairs, hot water didn’t last long (we had 4 people), check out 1000 (could be 1100)

Beautiful building, great view of both the sea and the hillside. Hosts were fantastic, exceptionally helpful but never intrusive.

Only little things that could be easily fixed… kettle was new but lead length meant it had to used in awkward places, no batteries in the tv remote control. Strange that you have to pay for bed sheets but you’re given beach towels. I’ve never had to pay for linens (bed sheets, towels etc) before.

Our best accommodation in Sardinia, exceeding all expectations. We had a spacious duplex, with 2 bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, and 2 balconies with fascinating views. Wifi, aircon work perfectly, beds are extra comfy, the garden is beautiful and well maintened. Beach towels and city bikes are offered free of charge, washing mashines free to use. A few reserved parking lots are available, but it is free and easy to park in the streets as well. Rooms are soundproof, absolutely no noises during the night, excellent sleep guaranteed :) Staff is extremely nice and friendly, speak excellent english and provide all kind of useful information. Very recommended for longer stays.

A lovely two bedroom apartment which was very clean and comfortable. It is a a good location near to some beautiful beaches and only fifteen minutes from the airport. We were given a welcome gift of local wine and patisserie which were both excellent.

A car is needed to explore the local area but we knew this beforehand. The shower is a bit on the snug side and water pressure quite slow but this didn’t hamper our lovely stay.
