From the moment we arrived, Alessandro proved to be one of the most remarkable hosts I've ever encountered in my travels. His impeccable taste in interior design is evident throughout the property, but what truly sets him apart is his genuine kindness and generosity. Alessandro is deeply invested in ensuring that every guest enjoys the most relaxing and memorable experience possible. His influence is also reflected in the exceptional staff he has assembled—each member is warm, attentive, and a true testament to Alessandro's thoughtful approach. The property itself is a masterpiece of design and comfort. Every inch is meticulously maintained, exuding charm and elegance. It felt like stepping into a picturesque Italian romantic comedy, with every corner inviting and dreamy. The cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the home added to the sense of tranquility and delight. One of the highlights of each day was the fresh breakfast, a delightful start to each morning. And don’t miss dining at Albero Capovolto—the food is a culinary experience in itself. The menu changes daily, showcasing the head chef's remarkable creativity and skill in crafting dishes from the finest organic produce. In short, this hotel is a gem that exceeded all expectations. The property is very beautiful. You see that the owner took care of all details. The room is very quiet and dark, perfect for a good sleep. Dinner prepared by the chef was also really good.

Albero Capovolto is our new favorite hotel! Situated on an estate with olive trees, beautiful flowers, and a pool, the owner, who is also a designer (and it shows!), has created 7 stunning rooms. You can see that a lot of care and love went into every detail. It's delightful to be surrounded by so much beauty and to be spoiled by Erica, who cooks wonderfully with local ingredients. The host is always ready with tips and ideas that turned out to be perfect every time. And perhaps most importantly: the atmosphere! Thanks to the small scale of the hotel and the super kind host and his crew (who were also very sweet to our dog), we had a wonderful time. Can't wait to come back!

everything was just perfect!

We've had the most wonderful stay, the best of our weeks in Sardinia. Allessandro and his small team really went out of their way to make our stay the best ever and we loved the atmosphere, our beautiful room (and super comfy beds!), and impressive grounds, the gorgeous swimming pool and the super delicious food! A big thank you for everything. We will be back for sure!

We would have loved to stay longer and be able to have more time at Albero Capovolto, and more lovely dinners from Erica! But as it was the end of the season we have already been lucky.

We don’t normally write reviews but I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay at Albero. Alessandro is the embodiment of calm and an absolutely fantastic host. We had forgotten to notify ahead of time that we wanted dinner (really recommend doing this as the dinner is divine) and I am gluten free. With just 1 hour before serving, Alessandro and the chef managed to adapt and prepare a beautiful meal. This flexibility and going the extra mile for the guest is evident throughout your stay. On top of this, it is one of the most stunning places we have ever stayed at; the house itself is gorgeously designed and filled with lovely interiors and has a tranquility that you rarely get, even in the best hotels. Nothing - perfect throughout

Delicious breakfast and dinner with lots of selection. Fabulous cappuccino. Decor and comfort was fantastic. Alessandro and his staff made us feel like family.

Our stay at Albero Capovolto was absolutely incredible. We spent the first half of our honeymoon here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We actually got emotional leaving because it was that wonderful. Every last detail is perfect — the design, the soft music, the candlelight in the evenings. The entire ambiance is so relaxing and welcoming. Stepping on to this property puts you immediately at ease, the views are stunning and the staff is so friendly. The food and drinks were excellent as well, we ate dinner here two of our nights and really enjoyed it. Alessandro has truly thought of every last detail to make the stay so memorable. We are already so looking forward to returning again soon!

I would not change anything about our stay. It was absolutely perfect in every single way. Alessandro and the staff are so kind and accommodating. We were so relaxed the whole week, they cooked amazing food and treated us like royalty. We will be returning for many years.

This is one of our favourite places we have ever stayed at!! Everything was just perfect. The owner Alessandro was always there when you needed something and Erica the chef was so friendly and cooked the most delicious meals. The interiors were so beautiful too!! I do recommend getting a car to get around.

Albero Capavolto is a gem. Not my first visit and definitely not my last. Alessandro and all the staff make life simple and relaxing. Nothing is a problem. Dinners with chef Erica not to be missed in the garden setting. Very comfortable for traveller alone or with friends/family.

if I could add anything it would be a small fridge in the room. I am sure there is a good reason why there is not :)
