The staff were fantastic, especially Tiziana and the gentleman from Sri Lanka (apologies we didn’t catch your name) went above and beyond. The location is fantastic also. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and polite. They even facilitated the organisation of our bike rentals to explore the area. The pool area was lovely and maintained to a very high standard. The room was exceptionally clean and had very good AC.

The hotel was in a great location near bars and restaurants around the marina. We had a car and parking was easy. The pool is small but beautifully formed. The room was clean with a well stocked bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style but great.

The shower had a curtain, I’m not a fan. The room only had one chair. These points are very picky as it was a great hotel

Good location, staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The hotel was in good location very central to restaurants and marina.

Nothing to dislike really maybe the pool area was a bit smaller than expected.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous spot. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Hotel is a little tired now. It was very clean. We had a leaking shower which the staff tried to fix twice (it is just old and needs to be replaced). However the shower did work well. The hairdryer on the wall was unpredictable but the reception did give me a very good hand held hairdryer to use which was excellent so very happy.

Location excellent, Paid secure parking close by in a mainly shaded area under trees. We didn’t have breakfast included in our deal, but was able to pay for it on a day to day basis.

Hotel was lovely in a fabulous location. Just a bigger shower would have been nice, and a balcony with chairs rather than just a railing across the window where you couldn’t walk outside. Neither of these spoil our stay at all though.

The central location is good, the staff are very professional

Very minimal staff. Breakfast was only suffice and quickly ran out if you don't go down before 08.30. The bathroom sink was hanging off the wall but it was fixed within the day but nobody should ever run out of loo roll in a hotel haha, it's a basic need. Everything in the hotel is pretty but basic and the rooms are very outdated but suitable for a place to rest and therefore absolutely not worth price in my opinion. The only reason this hotel is so expensive is it's location at Porto Rotondo. Everything in the area is twice as expensive at €8 for a small beer to €14 to €18 for a cocktail.

The hotel is in the best location and is lovely with all the facilities you could need. Beautifully presented and a great pool. We had a balcony and an amazing view of the square with everything you could need on your doorstep. A special thank you to Nadia for her wonderful customer service and sharing her love of fashion. We can't wait to return!

The location was perfect for visiting the places we we wanted to visit and very central to the harbour and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and very helpful.

There was nothing I did not like about the property

Clean , very friendly staff, generally good & comfortable. Bit tired but you can forgive them .

Rooms could have been a bit bigger & shower more robust but ok .

Very friendly personell - it was our honeymoon and the whole staff congratulated us with a letter and welcomed us for a celebration apertivio in the bar. Also - great location, charming building and very nice breakfast. We would love to come back.
