We loved everything about this hotel. The hotel's location is perfect - accessible by train, a 4 minutes walk to the beach, it's very peaceful and quiet. It's also 10 minutes walk to the harbor with restaurants and a shop. The nearby beach is dreamy and there are lounges for the hotel's guests. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfasts had varied food options and it was tasty. We had double room with garden view and the room and bathroom were very spacious and clean, plus we had huge terrace as well. The room's temperature was perfect considering outdoor heat. Checkout time was 12, so not too early fortunately. There's green surrounding around the hotel, we met a turtle on our way to the beach. If you don't want to rent a car in Sardinia, thats a ideal place to stay. The train station is 2 minutes away. The trains don't go super often, but if you're organised, there's no need for a car. We used train to get to Golfo Arranci and Olbia and buses for airport, it's very cheap.

It’s hard to say because it was impossible not to like anything about this hotel. I highly recommend, it’s a mix of competency and professionalism together, with a beautiful ability to connect with the clients. With such love, passion, care, charism and human being connection. Which a value it more than anything in life. In the end we just want to have a good time and this is def. the place for it. Go for it, don’t think twice ! My eternal gratitude to Barbara, Lucca both work in the restaurant -) Simone who can give u a nice cold local beer with a smile. And also to Marco and Vitor from the Reception -) I felt like I was home❤️ Pleasure !

Close to the beach ( location ) the size of the room The facilities given to us after check out to have a bath in the restroom.

They do not have any place in the balconies to dry our towels and swimsuits. And they change the beach towels every three days. They have to offer a coffee machine or a kettle something like tea. If they are a 4 star hotel. ( ı asked them and they told me they do not put this kind of service because of security reasons. I think they thought we do not travel at all. They answer was meaningless and funny. The answer could be only no instead of safety problem. But even though the lady was so kınd and try to find a solution

Very nice small hotel with its challenges. Great staff, especially Rosa on reception. Nice, polite, ready to help.

On the day 2, the hotel experienced an issue with internet, which was not resolved till the end of stay (+4days); loud music played in the ferragosta week in the garden till 11pm, after complaints they lowered the volume a bit.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, having read previous negative reviews regarding breakfast, and bedroom comfort. Our rooms were garden rooms with a terrace. Large and comfortable, good air conditioning and large beautiful bathroom. Powerful shower, comfortable bed with extra pillows in the wardrobe if needed. Lovely view of the gardens. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The pool area is super, lifeguard attentive and helped all guests to ensure their beds were in a position of comfort and it was kept very tidy and clean. We found staff, extremely helpful and courteous with lots of local advice on getting around without a car. We took the train (station two minutes from hotel) to Cala Sabina beach, Golfo Aranci town and Olbia. Then travelled on the local bus to Porto Rotundo several times. The main Marinella beach is a 5 minute walk away and was beautiful, with free sun beds and umbrellas for guests. We really enjoyed breakfast, (despite previous negative reviews, therefore I was expecting very little choice) but this was not the case. Always lots of hot options, cheeses, hams, fruit cereal, pastries, breads. It was topped up regularly and it didn’t matter what time you had breakfast the choices were good. The dinner buffet was quite good value for money, but not as high quality as breakfast so we only ate once at the hotel, but instead walked to the small marina where there are several really good local food restaurants.

It would be great to have a fridge in guest room, (not just a mini bar in room) also would have liked a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in bedroom.

Great location, nice pool that is never too busy. Great parking facilities, so very easy with a hire care. Lovely staff who are helpful. Grounds are well kept and rooms are all a good size with private terrace.

We had an initial problem with our room, but the staff all worked hard to sort it out which we appreciated. It's a lovely hotel in a great location. A couple of small points for improvement would be - improve the coffee at breakfast. The machine coffee is horrible and many people were ordering it which is charged as an extra which seems silly. Also provide some glasses in the bedrooms rather than plastic ones which are a bit cheap and unpleasant.

Happy surprise. As our flight was arriving late we decided last minute to book a place close to the airport before heading to the planned destination. The hotel is well kept, great swimming pool, rooms were far modern than all other places we stayed, large room, large and comfortable beds. We were so pleased that we spent the following day at the hotel after check out. It's a short walk from the beach and they provide sun loungers and umbrella at the beach which was great. Kids loved the pool. And they were kind to let us use a courtesy room to have a shower. Short drive to Olbia and golfo de aranci.

Breakfast was simple and some parts they should cover the plates better because of flies.

Comfortable rooms and beds. Very laid back atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

There wasn’t any light lunch or many dinner options. Could do with a snack bar for during the day. The pool was freezing. There was some confusion over what had been paid and whether late checkout was confirmed or not. Could do with a toilet nearer to the pool area.

breakfast not variate, somehow poor, same dishes every day, coffee machine did not work on some days, about 300 m walking to the beach, bathroom and closet have no ventilation or ventilation did not work.

Great room, comfortable beds, location within the hotel grounds, nice pool and good breakfasts.

The bar is somewhat inconvenient and the prices of drinks are exorbitant.
