Hotel and pool area is lovely. Lovely staff and helpful.

Beach, sunbeds were very cramped together. Drinks service around the pool was slow on one day when main lady had her day off. Problems getting bookings at hotel restaurants. Very over inflated charges throughout. Nearest town Porto Rotondo (which is lovely) was 3.1 miles away, taxi 30Euro each way, hotel shuttle 35Euro each way. Not necessary to charge so much for such a short trip, felt like we were being held to ransom on prices considering trip to and from Olbia airport which was much further was less than 60euros each way. Bottle of local beer 10euros at hotel.

The location is perfect, the beach is great

the hotel and the service is very good, but my experience was spoiled by a few problems. First, the air conditioning had a problem during the whole stay. We complained in the lobby and there was no solution. another detail is that a hotel with this price and this service should not have caste divisions on the beach and pool. making the host feel less important than others.

The food at the beach restaurant was insanely overpriced and of very poor quality. Club sandwich was super dry and the pokebowl was horrible in every way. Made us never eat at the resort again.

A private beach with lifeguards on duty with a beach bar/restaurant and table service, A pool with a bar was well attended and again with lifeguards on duty. Overall very attentive staff in all areas. A first class hotel without any stuffiness. Highly reccommend for families. Only shotcoming was the restaurant service was a bit hit and miss but it was early in their season and only open a couple of weeks. I'm sure it will come together quickly once the season gets going for them. We will be back.

Restaurant service not to the standard expected at this type of hotel. Transfer driver forgot our requested child seats and had to scramble to get them.

We recently stayed at the beautiful Hotel “Abi d’Oru” , which offered stunning views that truly took my breath away. The scenery was nothing short of spectacular, with panoramic vistas that made every moment feel like a postcard. If you’re looking for a serene getaway surrounded by nature and crystal-clear waters, this place is perfect for that. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff greeted us with a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. They were incredibly accommodating and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning suite with breathtaking views—what a fantastic start to our getaway! Special thanks to Erika, who made us all happy and excited about our stay at this beautiful hotel. The room itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The plush bedding and spacious layout made it so easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. And the view? Simply spectacular! The hotel amenities were equally impressive. We enjoyed the private beach, and the pool area was the perfect spot to soak up the sun.

However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. The location is quite remote, which means it is far from any stores or the nearest city. This was a bit inconvenient, especially if you want to stock up on supplies or explore local shops. When it comes to dining options, there are only three restaurants available, all of which are located within the hotel and are $$$. While the food quality was decent, it became repetitive after a few meals, and the limited choices meant that we missed out on experiencing a variety of local cuisine. For those who enjoy culinary adventures, this could be a significant drawback.

Overall good , staff really friendly, specially Nardo, breakfast and dinner not crowded, lots of options for breakfast, food was nothing spectacular but good, beach and pool service with towels and restaurant, very kids and baby friendly with heated pool and kids pool area, welcome gift for our baby, the hotel has beautiful surroundings.

Drink prices are crazy extremely expensive, 12 euros for a beer and 25 euros for a drink is too much. 500 euros per night half board (low season!) is also high for what you get. The atmosphere at the Italian restaurant was a bit weird ,we felt uncomfortable. Our room was too small for 2 adults and one baby, with the baby bed we couldn't walk around the room, which was also a bit outdated (the hotel has new and old rooms).

1. Great transfer from Olbia airport to hotel_ additional cost. Easy to book. 2.Beautiful location _ mix of beautiful gardens, pool side and private beach. There is a kids club and kids pool which offers little and big ones great activities. Property access through security gates only. 3. Exceptional welcoming by Staff _ kids surprise with delicious treats and toy. 4. Room _nicely decorated and beautiful views. Very can comfortable sleep. 5. Food_ great selection for breakfast buffet. Lunch option to have nice food at the bar or in restaurant at the beach or in the actual hotel building.Option_ take away. Staff is five star plus. Especially those who were naturally interested in guests Bruno took time to introduce to delicacies of Sardinia, which was so interesting and needed as we came here first time. Patricia and team made sure our room was always clean. Every member of the STAFF was polite and welcoming !!!

Superior room with pool view has poor sound proof and we heard especially at night every sound that should stay private. Not Ure if other rooms have the same problem. Dining experience, I understand staff was very busy but not pleasant experience so we preferred take away at our own pace. Just suggestion _ provide better menu card with explanation so guests can read themselves.

the service was exceptional by every member of staff from the minute we arrived. great location, the private beach was stunning, the service the attention to detail is above and beyond. We will come back to Sardinia just to stay in this hotel again 10/10.

we cannot find a fault perfect

Breakfast was very nice indeed. Lots of lovely fresh fruit, a big choice.

There were a lot of screaming babies! You cannot help that being in a family resort but in the restaurant for breakfast it was too loud. The hotel should consider a babies / kids section and be mindful of the people who are without children and want to have peace and quiet. The beach was the same situation, there should be a kids section separate away from those who want to relax!

A wonderful place to rewind and relax completely. As soon as you enter the hotel they make you feel like a king. The room was nice, big, and clean. The staff was super helpful. The food was really great! Both the breakfast and the dinner. You also have the option to choose one of three restaurants for dinner, 2 of which are included in the half-board package. The private beach was also very great.

Everything other than the meals you've booked costs money, and quite a lot, so keep that in mind while booking. For example, the cheapest wine glass costs 12€ and the cheapest bottle costs 50€. Getting into the hotel by transfer or by taxi from Olbia Airport costs around 60€ per ride, so you might want to rent a car. The Gym is hidden in one of the corridors of the rooms. Took us quite a bit of time to find it, after asking 2 staff members for directions. There is no iron in the room nor there is an option to request one. You can, however, request an ironing service that costs at least 5€ per piece of clothing. If you're looking for snorkeling on the private beach, don't bother. While it is clean, quiet, and comfortable, there is little to none marine life there.
