Exceptional service and facilities. Breakfast was delivered to our room. We chose the time and what we wanted the day before. It was so nice to eat it at our own kitchen table. It made us feel at home. Our room was a small apartment with kitchen facilities though we didn't use it as we were visiting family. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was super with 4 different settings.

Unfortunately the weather was not good for swimming as the ocean was just across the road and I had hoped to do that while staying there. Also, bad weather ruled out using the balcony, which was a shame as it had great views overlooking the beach.

It is directly at the beach with a nice boardwalk at the waterfront. Parking was easy (but it was not the peak season) Our dog was welcome, he costs 10 Euro per day, which is ok. We were not happy with our balcony (which was no fault of the hotel), but they tried to make us happy and gave a the option of an upgrade for a reasonable price, which we took. The suit we had was amazing with beautiful ocean views. We used the kitchen, it is equipped for easy meals. (It costs 10 Euro per day to use it) The hotel looks almost new, very clean and a higher standard. The whole area was nice, very clean and quiet. A lot of restaurants were not open for the season yet, but we always found something for drinks and food. We will definitely be back.

It should say on the website that it costs extra to use the kitchen. The only allow small dogs, which we didn't know before booking. We have a middle sized dog and they made an exception for us.

Staff and hotel were great. Very welcoming and friendly. We got offered a better room upon arrival and got our breakfast delivered to our room, which was awesomely nice. 2 different pricing options (5 or 8 eur); the 5eur set worked well for us (coffee, croissant, joghurt, juice, jam, butter, biscuit). Stunning Kitchen was hidden in wardrobe and had everything that could be needed.

We did not like the area around too much (bademeisterstrand) and the restaurant that we went too was not good and quite expensive - quality - price ratio at Antó Pizza was the worst that we had in Sicily - would not recommend going there; but other options were rare ...

everything, Beautiful location, beautiful and very stylish building, perfectly clean, very comfortable big rooms, beautiful View, seaside, very polite and helpful staff, the most comfortable bed I have ever had in any hotel. Just simple Perfect. Special congratulation to the interior designer.

Everything was just perfect we stayed here for a week. The rooms has lots of space and were ideally clean and each day cleaned. The beds are very comfortable, AC works perfectly well. The bathroom had everything you might need. The rooms even has a little secret kitchen. The breakfast was always brought right after you sit down (there is an option to ask to bring breakfast to bed). Shoutout to hotel administrators! Always ready to answer any questions. They organized us a trip to Aeolian islands on a ship and a couples massage. Both was amazing. The sandy beach is just over the street, you can see it from your balcony (even if your room is not in front). The waters usually are cristal clear if there is not strong wind. The sunbeds and umbrella are also available for a good price, just kindly ask administrators for it. The hotel can be reached by foot from Spadafora train station by 20 min walk. The city is not big, but it has a shop nearby hotel, small cafes, some pizza restaurants and gelaterias. We tried many and all are very tasty!

Amazing location right at the beach. We wanted to visit Milazzo so it was a good location. We got an upgrade for a little price, it was a big appartement with a huge terrace! The lady at the reception was so kind, definitely recommend it!

Anton at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with any requests. We were upgraded to a large apartment overlooking the ocean, parking was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and all the amenities good quality. I highly recommend Karma Resort.

The hotel is immaculate. Clean and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is right across a street from the beach. Definitely a do over.

We stayed in the suite on the third floor. There was an enormous balcony overlooking the ocean. Could not have been better.
