The room was spatious. AC was working fine, there is also "sleep mode" where you can leave it open during sleep. Breakfast was enough, coffee was very good. View is pleasant to see while having a breakfast. Staff was very helpful. They even prepared the breakfast a bit earlier than usual since we were going to leave early in the morning. Although we booked the stay very last minute, they were there to help us with every question we have. Location is very center, you can walk to anywhere in the center. It is 10-min walk to ferry.

Toilet was a little bit weird. It was for disabled people, I can understand but it wasn't that hygenic as there was an opening eventhough the cover was closed. Breakfast could be better in terms of savory options. There were many options for sweet so it felt unhealthy.

The location was great. Clean, new and spacious rooms. They have very good breakfast.

They say that they have a parking, but they actually don’t. After we were already here they told us that the parking is a parking garage which is 700m away from the property and you pay extra per day for that garage. But in the end even at that garage there was no available parking spot, because it is public garage and the property cannot make reservations. So, the car was parked on the street in front of the hotel where is very difficult to find an empty lot and of course it is paid parking. Just be careful, this is generally practice in Italy to say that they offer parking, but they actually do not. Ask twice before you make a booking, not just for this property.

The location is central and easy to find. We used this place as a base for our adventures around the town. The room had enough space for both of us and everything we needed for our stay. We had a sea view with a balcony which was a bonus. Breakfast was the highlight for us, a proper Italian 🇮🇹 breakfast with really amazing coffee. The hostess that checked us in and helped at breakfast is a credit to the B&B, she is extremely excellent at her job and is very helpful.

The room was a bit tired in places, however that did not put us off due to the small price we paid for the night.

Close to the train station / central bus station / harbour / cathedral. Basically it's in the perfect place. The price is very good and the breakfeast is rich and has lots of options. This is our second stay here already and we will definitly come back. The host and staff speak english very well and are very flexible. Check in was possible much earlier and check out could be extended until 12:00 without extra charge. The rooms and the bathrooms are spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. Each room has a minibar and a tea station. Soap and other small bath utilities are provided for free. We booked 3 rooms this time and every room was top notch.

This was a last minute stay in Messina to break our trip from Palermo to Amalfi Coast. We were glad that we did. We were surprised to see such a beautiful city. The accommodation is very close to Messina’s highlights, breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff were very welcoming. Loved the funky colourful decor with nice views of the city and the port.

Nothing to dislike.

We loved the sea views when entering. The breakfast area is beautiful. The place is very well located. Close to the ferry and train station and even closer to the center of Messina. Fabio was very nice with us and allowed us to stay longer till we figured some last minute changes in our trip. If back in Messina we will repeat.

- We informed the host that we will arrive around 19:45 and got several messages that check-in after 20:00 is not possible; although we arrived in time and checkin was straightforward, it did not feel good before arrival that a small delay in the journey to Messina might cause big check-in trouble - Wifi was not stable and fast all the time

Great location, clean room, and friendly staff. The ground floor isn't much, but once you head up to the first floor, you are greeted with a light filled & modern reception area. The rooms are modern with good bathroom facilities. Very clean.

Slightly noisy at night, and the aircon is controlled by the main office. The aircon would often be off once we returned to our room.

The location right opposite the old town was very convenient. Breakfast room was bright and cheery. Breakfast spread was limited but adequate. We had croissants, toast and boiled eggs with ham and cheese. But on the 2nd day, there was no ham. Host Fabio was responsive and friendly. We could leave our luggage after check out and return for them later.

The shower stall was quite narrow and we knocked ourselves a few times during shower. There's plenty of space outside the shower stall and could afford a wider shower stall.

Great location, friendly staff, delicious buffet breakfast with a great selection. We had stopped for one night on our way from Taormina to Palermo and we had stayed at some nice expensive hotels but this was by far our favorite they had air con and smart tvs comfortable beds and large rooms, great shower pressure. We had a balcony overlooking the harbor and some big cruise ships came in which was fun to look at. We walked into town and had parking right out front.
