The clean modern rooms and good shower. A comfortable bed The breakfast had everything needed, The receptionist showed us a Bar where we could get something to eat and a supermatket

We have been with booking .com for years When we book a room no matter the price we look at photos that show what the views are and the important balcony We were put in a room that had a balcony, but a view meters away of a construction site wall. We complained and next day were shifted .There are too many operators now ignoring the truth of advertising if you show a room with X X must be there

Beautifully decorated room on the first floor (without elevator). Spotlessly clean and an amazing smell in the room! Very helpful and accommodating staff!! The breakfast was amazing as well with a variety of things from which to choose, either savory or sweet, and sooo delicious! It is easy to find parking (but for some certain hours that the shops are open payment is mandatory or else you will get fined). There is a supermarket very near the property, which is very convenient, and there is also a bus stop in front or the property.

Even if the apartment isn't to be held responsible, there is a lot of noise from nearby restaurants, bars until late at night. Also, there is lots of noise from the cars in the street which is in front of the property.

The room was excellent, with the big bathroom and a great view to seaside. Very nice breakfast, friendly staff. Very good location in a centre close to shopping area, stations, port, restaurants, Cathedral and sightseeings. No physical keys - just codes.

No elevator. If arriving early or late from check-in time you might not enter the property, if you don't have the code.

The location is just great, close to the railway and bus stations, less than 10 minutes walking to the Basilica Cathedral of Messina and city center. Clean, nice rooms. Very nice breakfast, different kinds of pastry and good choice of hot and cold drinks. The water and coffee machines in the corridor for 24 hours. Friendly staff.

No elevator

The location of this Residence is excellent as it is just a few minutes' walk from the train and bus stations. It is located in an old palazzo with tastefully furnished rooms and very modern bathrooms. Towel change every day, free Wi-Fi, good continental breakfast and exceptional staff make it a go-to R&B when visiting Messina. Special mention goes to the sweet Esther who is such a lovely person.

No lift.

Location was amazing.The staff, especially the staff at breakfast ,were absolutely lovely and the cleaning staff so friendly. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding and the quality of the cleaning every day was amazing. We would definitely stay here again !!

The only issue we had was a typical Italian issue, the toilet had a masserator, so toilet paper had to be put in a bin.

Breakfast - excellent, room - clean, modern. Bed - comfortable. Bathroom, clean, towels changed daily, shower comfortable. Within easy walking distance of the train station and port.

Rooms not very sound proof. Construction of building next door surrounded by fencing, made the entrance a little dark.

This is the second room I stayed in at this property. The room was excellent in terms of cleanliness and furnishings. While this room faced into a courtyard, it was wonderfully quiet for sleeping over rooms on the street side. Breakfast was also excellent with many selections. The host was very kind at check in, and offered an option to have a little breakfast packed if departing for the checking out prior to breakfast opening. The location is a short walk to the train station, attractions, and restaurants. Wifi was reliable too.

Everything for this second stay and this room was great. I would recommend it. The first stay was on the street side and too noisy for sleeping as well as a bit of smell.

Everything, everyone there was so helpful and lovely. Our room was magnificent, housekeeping was outstanding and the breakfast was delicious, lots of variety and so fresh. We loved our weeks stay here

That we had to leave, wish we could of stayed longer we enjoyed it so much.

Property was bright modern beautifully kept, a daily Cleaner, a fabulous breakfast with a large selection on offer. Brilliant check-in. Professional kind supportive staff. I literally could not fault this place and would love to return.
