Breakfast was great with a lot of variety and fresh pastries and fruit. Comfortable room. Despite some difficulty in locating the apartment location, we enjoyed our stayed. The apartment host was very patient with us in providing guidance in accessing the apartment with use of the WhatsApp. We also had help from a nice young local who directed us to the correct location.

Just near the train station and in front of the parking/busstop. And within 3 minutes from the passenger ferry to Villa San Giovanni. Not far from Campanile del Duomo di Messina (Piazza Duomo) as well. Nice view from Tempio di Cristo Re and from Santuario Parrocchia S.Maria Di Montalto. Friendly host (contact by WhatsApp) and nice breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Location was very good. Close to the RR station and the port. Room was spacious and comfortable.

One must have a smart phone to stay here because the B & B uses a system where on must download a virtual key appin order to open the main gate to the building. Also it used two different keys to get intot he B & B and the rom. somewhat confusing.

We were stopping over for a night on our way to Siracusa, and this place was perfect, within minutes of the ferry and Central station. We were made very welcome, the room was well decored, clean and the bed very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was awesome. sergio was so helpful and kind. And the location is right at the train-bus-and ferry stations, so very easy to come and go anywhere anytime!

Building alarm (not ours) went off at 3 a.m. on Sunday and went on for hours and hours.... not anyone's fault but rough!

Great location, as we arrived from train and leave in the morning by boat. Confortable room, very clean and with a nice balcony. The staff is great. We had to leave very very early, so they gave us a cupon to have breakfast in a nearby cafe - it was very nice.

VERY CLEAN felt well run. Great breakfast on the down side was the view was awful and the building looked shabby from the outside. had it been in a better location I would have give it a nine. Unfortunately 7 out of 10 is about fair.

Incredibly friendly staff. There was a problem (that I had caused) and they were so willing to help. Thank you! Very central location, right next to the train and ferry stations and in the middle of the beautiful city. Very new and clean rooms with friedly and modern interior design.

Very friendly host of a compact B&B near the train station in Messina. The rooms are very clean, the facilities are good and the morning coffee...excellent. Communication with the owner was great and he is a very pleasant guy to deal with.
