The accommodation is very nicely located, close to the ferry, bus station, and the city center with shopping streets and restaurants.

There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom, most likely from the toilet. The bad part was that it would spread into the room as well. The bed was also quite small for two people.

Loved the Whats App interaction prior to our stay. We knew what room we were in, where to go, and how to get into the building. The elevator is definitely a plus for us. We really did have a king-size bed which you don't see in Europe. The bathroom was updated and spacious. The bedroom was also spacious, and there were at least 15 ft ceilings. The breakfast room was well laid out, and choices of yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, croissants, toast, juice, and the best coffee or tea tea were an extra! We asked them to store our luggage while we headed out overnight as we are coming back for one more night. They were happy to oblige. Locatio is also perfect. Train station around 550 meters, restaurants, shops close by. Even the Astronomical Clock tower is within walking distance. Great place to stay in Messina. Appreciated the cold water provided in the fridge.

It would have been nice to have a few paper or plastic cups for our bathroom. Please note I sis not ask for this. So it may have been available

The room size is so spacious. Bathrooms are all upgraded with a nice shower. Small balcony where we could open the doors and let fresh air into the rooms. Check in was a breeze. We were here for 2 days and left our larger pieces of luggage while we took the train and spent the night in Cefalu. When we returned our luggage was placed in our new room. Breakfast was nice, too. Cereal, croissants, bread for toasting, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices and wonderful cappuccino or tea. Great value in a great location. Within easy walking distance of Messina Centrale station, restaurants, the sea front, and even the Astronomical Clock tower.

Good price. Very good communication about getting to the property and access. Clean spacious room. Breakfast was good but we didn’t realise we could ask for different types of coffee until we saw others having other types. Fairly simple to get from the train station walking.

Neighbourhood was a bit noisy when we left door open overnight to have fresh air in room. Base of shower was really slippery (older travellers). Would have liked access to a kettle to make a cup of tea.

For the FIRST TIME I am giving the maximum (10) score to an accomodation. These are the highlights: 1. Great location right next to bus and train central stations; 2. Amazing breakfast (diverse); 3. Room was big with a mini fridge inside. Windows are massive and functional; 4. The host is wonderful. I recieved useful hints. I had the opportunity to visit one of the best beaches ever. He is amazing. Well done for the outstanding services overall.

Lovely room in a nice AirBnB style accommodation. It could really have been a 10/10 if not for the information below!

There was no breakfast (even though that's why we picked it). There was some cock and bull story of the kitchen being under reconstruction. I suppose it means there's only breakfast in the summer months. To be fair, we were provided with an alternative in a café nearby. In the dark it looked a kip, so we bought our own breakfast in a supermarket nearby (thanks Google). The café looked fine when it opened the following day, too late for us, alas!

Location was perfect, close to anything central. Entry was remote controlled but timely. Parking was OK outside. The water in the fridge was a nice touch.

There was traces of mold in the shower, the toilet was uncomfortably placed, and the shower head only switched from in-hands to top down and not the other way around.

This is a great bnb for a short stay. Check in was smooth and they also allowed an early check in. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The air conditioner was great to have also. The bathroom is modern and clean. The location was fabulous - 10min walk from ferry/train station and 5 minutes from the lovely Piazza Duomo. There are cafes/restaurants in the surrounding areas and all the major sights are within walking distance.

Good location for messina, walkable into the centre, on street (pay and display) parking right outside and a lovely room for the night.

The only downside was that the shower didn’t drain very well and so it did get bit flooded in the bathroom, and the little shower head didn’t work.
