This property is top notch. The owner and her family were most helpful to me and made me feel very welcome. When I asked for recommendations the ones they gave exceeded my expectations. As I visited places in Sulmona, the people I met praised Cinzia and her family as pillars of the community. La Dimora del Falconiere is a very special place. I highly recommend staying here.

Spacious suite with balcony in a classic period building. Very comfy bed and nice bathroom. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite with separate lounge. Ideal location, so close to the main square in Sulmona. Cinzia and her daughter were extremely responsive and helpful, providing recommendations and helping us with train times.

We were a group of athletes attending a competition in town. The rooms were very large, some with an extra bed in the living room. Very nice continental breakfast. Great for a family or group. We took three of the four available suites. The family who own the hotel were a dream. So kind.

It’s in the center of the old town so when the bars close it was a bit noisy, no fault of the hotel.

Breakfast was quick and easy and gave an array of options to choose from. Fresh pastries, cookies and cakes along with your choice of coffee, tea, cappuccino, water or juices. All delicious!

An outstanding property located right in the heart of Sulmona that is inside a restored 14th century building. The rooms were huge, very clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was included and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is on point! Step out the door and you will be right in the thick of the action with plenty of cafes, shops and historic points to visit. If you drive in, they will provide you with a special parking pass which is needed to enter the historic area of the city which is where this property is located. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony view is right out of a movie, the bathroom is the size of some apartments and overall everything was spotless. The TV is an Android based so you can log in with your credentials quite easily for YouTube and Netflix.

We liked everything about this place. Location, apartment was very clean and high standard . Tye owner and her daughter were so accommodating and even picked us up from the train station. Communication was excellent N/A

A really great location in a fascinating town to visit, with very friendly and helpful staff.

We had some challenges upon our arrival in connecting with the staff, so good to communicate clearly about arrival times. Parking is a bit tricky, although worked out. Breakfast was relatively minimal.

Location, style and cleanliness. It was amazing .

Only suggestion would be to put a small ramp going from living area to bathroom because it’s a toe stump:)

no elevator as I was in 3rd level ! to unload luggage is also a problem as there is no parking lot at the apartment !

We had a problem with our renting car and the woman who is the owner of this hotel helped us a lot to resolve and to find a good solution. She knows very well what is a customer. We will not forget this customer service
