The staff were very helpful and professional. The pasta meal on the Saturday night was excellent. Thank you. I found the location ideal for my needs.

I had read the reviews and noted that breakfast did not fare well. I can see why. Ok I am not keen on sweet things but as long as there is bread and some ham and/or cheese, which there was I am fine. However on Monday morning there was no bread just Pitta type bread! I tried it but left it as not very pleasant for breakfast. I also missed butter to put on my bread on Friday. So some bread and butter would be nice. Thank you.

Nice spacey rooms, a bit different than average hotel. We had a junior sweet Versailles, with big jacuzzi. Friendly stuff, location is good.

The fact that you can't check in before 18:00. It is possible but the rates are 15 euros per hour. Only sweet food at the breakfast, should be something salty.

We had the Scarface suit. It was just like in the pictures. The facilities amd the bed was great aswell. Overall great luxury suit

The room is stunning perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary. The staff are lovely and it's very secure. The details gone into everything for complete privacy The rooms a bit dusty but otherwise perfect with hidden quirky parts separate loo separate shower we absolutely love it booked 3 nights it's possibly the nicest room we ve ever stayed in from around the world it's definitely a wow factor!

Everything was superb if guests dont think this place isn't worth a 10 they don't know quality or service! Its really beautiful would highly recommend it and would stay again its a truly a wonderful experience.

Location and transport...hard to get a bus or taxi..recommend to hire a car if stay in EGM hotel
