Everything was excellent apart from breakfast. Comfortable rooms, super convenient access with a car, good location with restaurants and a store nearby.

The breakfast format is extremely inconvenient. You have to fill in a form with what you want for breakfast and the portions are tiny. To have something else you need to ask someone during the breakfast. There were 3 or 4 ladies organising the breakfast, but it was very slow because of completely full room. Please change this format, it’s very impractical and other people we saw at breakfast were not happy. Classical buffet would have been so much better! Otherwise, it’s an excellent place to stay, but breakfast is a low point.

The property is uniquely divided into a hotel and a motel, catering to different types of travelers. Our room was spacious, providing plenty of space to relax. The hotel is easily accessible by car, which was very convenient for us. There is ample parking available, both in the outdoor parking lot and the indoor garage. It's outside of ZTL zone so we had no issues with reaching our destination.

The breakfast procedure was quite unusual. We had to order our breakfast a day in advance and specify each item, including the number of slices of bread, eggs, salami, glasses of water, and cups of coffee. This was a bit cumbersome, especially since we didn't know what some items looked like. A barking dog from a neighboring house disturbed our sleep throughout the night, which was quite frustrating. Although the property is not in ZTL zone, the other towns nearby had ZTL zones which discouraged us from driving to any of them and to go sightseeing.

The location is convenient for those needing to get to the airport. The rooms are both massive and clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were extremely accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were pleased with the variety and quality of the continental breakfast options available, as well as the ample parking space provided. Thank you for providing such a positive experience, and I look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future.

One suggestion - adding a kettle in the room. I think it would be a great addition for guests to have the option to make tea or coffee in their rooms. Having these simple amenities readily available can greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, particularly Stefano on reception and the ladies at breakfast. Very friendly, very welcoming. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom. The bed was very big and comfy. There was plenty of natural light coming in from the balcony. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area (although the road in front was quite busy with it being August). There's plenty of free parking for clients, both indoor (underground) and outdoor. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. There was plenty of options such as croissants, pancakes (albeit cold), yoghurts, fruit, and so on.

The fact that our shower/bath didn't have a curtain or door. It was a challenge to shower without getting water on the floor. While our room was cleaned every day (to a good standard), we noticed dust in corners and on skirting boards. The room could do with a more thorough clean in between different guests staying in it.

It was perfect for a holiday with our dog. The room was quite spacious so our dog’s crate fitted in there perfectly and we still had enough space to walk. The breakfast was also okay . The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The hotel also underground garage.

Nothing to complain about just a suggestion: better tv stations or smart TVs so the guests can access their own streaming services over the TV’s app.

The included breakfast was great and offered us more food if we wanted it. The AC also worked well in our room and it was very comfortable and spacious. The staff are very cheerful and welcoming, and speak many languages (Italian, English French).

The location is a bit difficult to access without a car, but it is a very short drive from Arona with many restaurants and attractions by the lake.

We had a half-price winter discount and needed a place to stay overnight - for this purpose, the motel was excellent. Big comfortable, quiet rooms; good wifi; reasonable breakfast and very friendly staff. Also a safe, free underground parking. I'm not sure I'd chose it as a vacation accommodation as it's location is in the mundane outskirts of Arona. However, I guess you'd need to pay much more to be closer to the lake.

I cannot think of a single complaint!

For me, the best possible location for the purpose of the trip (business). Everything was just fine, except maybe the way of ordering breakfast, a bit like in the times of covid. Very close to Arona on Lago di Maggiore, just a few minutes by car, a great place to catch your breath after a long day.

Good location if you look for an overnight stay close to the highway

The coffee was not very good especially for Italian standards. The fact that you need to order evert single slice of cheese and type of bread the night before is a bit complicated. I would prefer a normal buffet.

We loved the room which was very spacious. We could control how much heating we wanted. There was excellent Wifi and parking outside the door.

The Shower cubicle was a bit small and the breakfast arrangements were awkward since we had to decide the night before when and what we wanted to eat.
