a bit simple, with no decoration at all, just the basics. building is showing its age. check-in was advertised from 11, but they close for the afternoon (14:30-17:30).and you won't find anyone there

There' s a railway passing very close so also during night noises of passing trains might wake up you. There' s no air condition, just a ventilator so in summer it's quite hot. They serve italian breakfast so almost just sweet. Od

WiFi did not work ok.

1. Very friendly staff. Also it proved to be very honest in the sense that when I checked out, I forgot my jacket inside the wardrobe but they gave it me back when I returned. You can leave your luggage safely there If you plan for a sightseeing. 2. Food was very good and the quality/price ratio is excellent (Example: a pizza costs between 10 and 14 euros), a big bowl of ice-cream 4 euros. Breakfast included, in honest quantities but that mostly during the weekends. However you may ask staff for anything and they I would bring you what you order. 3. Very clean floors and clean rooms albeit a bit old-style.

1. There was no place where I could wash or dry my clothes. 2. Very few sockets for charging.

staff doesn't speak english but is nice, so it still works. Breakfast is fine. It's relatively well-cleaned.

you can hear the restaurant below and the street. The furniture ist a bit cheap and run down. The toilet flush was hard to operate because the button was broken which was clearly visible and could not have gone unnoticed by staff.

The room was outdated, 3 beds in the room with a table, 2 wardrobes and a TV. The roll is old and has not been opened (it always falls). The wifi was weak and the breakfast poor. (bread, ham, cheese) + yogurt.

It included a decent breakfast. The staff was really nice and polite.

It was kind of loud all night, so I didn't rest that well.

Nice traditional travellers lodge conviniently located betw lake area and more in land. The most gorgeous quiet lake town of Leveno is only 3 km away. Good value for money, decent breakfast, good sized room. Very helpful barman. Facilties incl rooms are not luxury or modern but authentic to what appears to be a local family run business. Local guests frequent which adds a nice touch.
